“Went here for new tires and to have a noise checked out on my car. Found out the noise was likely wheel bearings and they found suspension issues in the front too. Had the work done quickly and at a reasonable price. Even took care of an issue that popped up a week later that wasn’t their fault. Sent my wife in a few weeks later and got new tires for her van too. Good prices, great service and very trustworthy. Integrity is the only place I will go for tires, wheels or suspension work.”

“Been in Dover for almost 7yrs, I’ve been to a few different shop with a few disappointments weather it be service not being right or money jst being crazy amounts. Than I gave Melvin’s a try. Most people don’t care about this but it’s key for me. Honesty….. they are upfront with you from the gate. There pricing is fair on both you and them. There work is great. I have an old truck (86) and there was an annoying as all get out n they didn’t stop till they found it. If you’re looking for a respectful shop this is the place.”
“Chris and the other mechanic also named Chris that I met and that helped me were both very helpful and down to earth. While the service was a little expensive for my truck (go figure, my whole suspension was in desperate need of repair), I'm grateful I was able to get my truck fixed at a reasonable time and they were very flexible with my busy schedule. Chris also did a good job communicating everything to me and walked me through the process which I found really helpful. If you're willing to be patient, flexible, and inquisitive, RPM is a good choice. Even with one of the parts being faulty that they replaced, they were quick to understand and get my truck back in the shop to fix it up as quickly as possible which I was also every grateful for.”

“On Monday, November 3rd, 2025, I finally decided to take the long-dreaded trip to the dealership to see what I could qualify for. “I am writing this late but I had to make sure I left an amazing review for these guys !! They helped me about a month ago when my car wouldn’t start! I ended up needing a lot of stuff fixed but these guys did an absolutely amazing job and we’re so kind to me !! It was the first time I didn’t feel taken advantage of by a mechanic! They stayed on the phone for hours with my extended warranty to make sure I got the best deal possible! This meant a lot to me because I am a medical student on the struggle !
