It's pretty bad when you can't tear someone away from their personal phone to get service. When I did get him away from the phone I asked him what size wiper blade I needed for my pickup and he told me what size. Asked him which one and he said I don't know what your budget is. Guess he was done with me.

Came in today to return a core. I walk into an empty store (no customers) however there is a group of 5 gray-shirts (“managers”) who looked right at me and did nothing. Continued their conversations as I stand there waiting on someone. Finally someone came out from the back and helped me as they continued their conversation. Do better “managers.” Maybe you guys should go work at Burger King, might be more suitable for your skill set and work ethic.

A couple years ago thos might have been the worst auto parts store I ever went to. NOW, they have people that actually know what a sparkplug or a egr valve is. Has got much better .

Found exactly what i needed. Nobody available to check me out but they have self check out. One customer did not like that. He had been waiting for 15 minutes to talk to someone.

I went to Advanced Auto in Dover to buy a battery and have it installed- they do it as a courtesy. They wouldn’t install it. I went to Auto Zone in Camden DE. I bought a battery and they gladly installed it. They did a great job and were happy to help!

I bought windshield wipers using the QR code in the wiper aisle. Turned out they were the wrong ones. Joey was very knowledgeable and knew the right ones to get off the shelf. He also installed them. Couldn't have done it without him!
