“Thank you to Vickie and Brandon. The kind of service I received today at this branch is rare nowadays. You can feel such a fantastic culture and atmosphere from the second you walk in the door. All of the employees smiling, laughing and interacting with guests. Just amazing. I didn't have an appointment, I don't even bank here, but the treatment that I received made me feel like an old friend or someone that has banked there for years. “I had tried to open a joint savings acct at Wells Fargo online. It said I could only open an individual, not joint acct. Tried to open the individual acct - entered all data asked for, but it said I was missing data (without telling me what was missing) and that I would have to make an appt and come in. I called to make an appt and my call never got answered.Went online to Citizens - opened a joint acct easily. At one point I hit a back arrow and lost all data I'd entered!! I called and got helped by Burgess Bent, who was able to retrieve my data, and stayed online until my acct was established, and showed great patience with me.Added bonus - TWO nearby locations vs one for Wells Fargo if I need to go in person.”

“I had a great experience working with [ Alson HollingsW ], the branch manager . My account was suspended No one ever informed me the results why the suspension happened, i stop at multiple pnc no one was able to help me with it, Until I met *Alison* From the moment i explained to her what was going on she said she was going to do something about it, the next day pnc reached out to me multiple times a day. Until they removed the suspension and she did got me reopened ? she’s knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping others. She took the time to clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely reopened and use the bank. It’s rare to find someone so professional and personable at the same time.
