Absolutely poor construction. Poor carpentry throughout the whole house. I have been trying to have my issues addressed for over 7 months and I am not the only resident with problems. They have been ignored also. You are ignored when you call with a priority problem. I have electrical problems (ignored), water leaks (ignored), and settlement problems with my floors (seams sticking up through my kitchen floor (ignored). Gutter problems leaking causing irrigation problems. BOTTOM LINE IS DON'T BUY ANYTHING IN HARRINGTON VILLAGE - YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!

Buyer Beware!! Bay devlopers is very slow to respond to issues after move-in and aim to do as little as possible to make things right. Poorly constructed homes, list of issues below. Cannon Mills is a high traffic community and street parking sucks. Two lane traffic is impossible because of all the cars parked on the street. Dover high school students park all over the place and litter when school is in session. Clean up is slow and I have to continually pick up trash around the intersection.
