Never can talk to anyone and the calls are never returned! There has got to be a better store to buy a boost phone in Delaware

I went into the store earlier today. I had been in several times before with no issues. I got text and email for upgraded phone. The first time I went the was 4.99 but when I got there you got to pay for Sims card and activation. I said I would think about. I went to the second time no phones available. So I called and stop a few times phones still not in.So in the meantime I contacted Boost Mobile customer service and explained the issue. The customer service asked me. He didn't offer to just buy the phone and activate myself. I said no. So called him today and he said phones was in. I went to the store and told the employee that I was going to buy phone and activate myself. He said let me call my boss. So the employee says he wants to talk to you. He gives me the phone and the manager starts saying what is it and start going off you come in my store and calling I'm not selling you a phone.I told him first of all who are you yelling at I am not your child and you are not my father. I also told why are you being irate several times. He kept going on and on and I hung up. What I won't do is argue back and forth. This manager and I think he owns the store is very UNPROFRESSIONAL. You don't get to talk to me like that. Trying to beat customers and get over will get you know were. Don't advertise something and then when you get to the store it's a bunch of red tape and I still got my phone went to another store up North and got with no problem or issues. Also make sure you call the store before you go. I was there at 1000am and he didn't arrive until 10:30am.

You up dateed my phone when I was in Phoenix now don't work right now you up date again you ask I say then you do it any way can't navigate every thing is different I get used to it then you change it again you tell me to go to boost stor we have no boost store in Roseburg Oregon you took everyones money and closed the stor the closest stor is 80 miles away 1 hour and 30 minutes away 15 gallons of gas at 450 a gallon WHAT THE GUCK TEAIL WHAT THE GUCK

No one is here and it's past opening hours of operation. I traveled 45 minutes to get here. Not a reliable boost mobile store.

This place is straight garbage. They try to rip people off, take advantage of you and lie to ya. Don't trust them and I certainly would not recommend them to anyone. I'm not talking about boost mobile in general just this particular location.

Really disappointed that I drove 27mins to this location for my son to get his phone, and they were not open. The time needs to be updated if they don't open at 10a or 11am

They are never in store, business hours listed are just for show . Really wish we had a more reliable boost mobile in Dover .

Owner Dave has sold me&my family phones over many years. Knowledge, honesty and great customer service. I would NOT buy a phone anywhere else. Tech problems? He can handle that too. You'll leave his store happy!

Not sure why the hours state they are open until 7:00PM. I arrived at 6:37PM only to find all the lights off and stored closed up for business. Maybe change your hours so no one is misled by your posted store hours.

Went to Boostmobile in Dover at 10:45am, Monday, August 28, 2023. No one was in the store, lights on, door locked. Not good for a 1st time customer impression. Used Boostmobile before.

I wouldn’t recommend. The man over the phone was very rude to both me and my friend for simply helping our other friend because she is a boost mobile customer. And then when asked if he was the manager he got very aggressive with us and said no he was the owner he didn’t need or have a manager, FOR A BOOST MOBILE STORE. Long story short, our friend will be switching to T-Mobile, which is what I recommend for others to do as well from the area that this store is located.

Changed to boost mobile on Weds September 21,2022. Big mistake.today is September 24th I call Boost everyday to troubleshoot and now I can receive calls but cannot make calls?
