Went in to buy a few cowboy hats but no one really wanted to assist went back in the afternoon to when the hat bender was there really wanted me leave it I did buy one hat but think I will just return it and try a different store

You could wade through this sea of boots for days, and still not see them all; it's the footwear equivalent of infinity, a loop of boots that somehow always leads back to where you started.Walking into Boot Barn is like stepping into an alternate reality where the cowboy boot is king, and all other footwear is banished to the realm of the unfashionable. The air is thick with the scent of leather and unfulfilled rodeo dreams, the staff members are sheriffs in this lawless land of retail, and the customers? Well, we're just pilgrims in search of the holy grail of boots, hoping to find the one pair that will elevate us to cowboy nirvana.But let's get down to the brass tacks—or should I say, the silver spurs? For all its charm, Boot Barn's devotion to cowboy boots borders on the comical. It's as if they've taken the concept of "niche market" and ran with it into the sunset. The variety is both a blessing and a curse, offering everything from the practical to the preposterous. Need boots with flames? They've got 'em. Boots that could double as a fish tank? Probably on aisle six. It's a wonderland where practicality meets flamboyancy, and the result is something only Boot Barn could pull off.In roasting Boot Barn, we do so with a tip of the hat and a wink, for it's hard not to admire their single-minded dedication to all things boot. It's a place that defies logic, and yet, somehow, it works. It's a testament to the enduring appeal of the cowboy lifestyle, or perhaps just our collective fascination with footwear that makes a statement louder than words.So here's to you, Boot Barn, for making us laugh, scratch our heads, and sometimes question our fashion choices, all while searching for that perfect pair of boots. Rude people they assist who they want !when they want ! Glad they where rude before I bought something (manger has a rude no care attuide) wonder how she got the job

Staff was friendly and assisted in fitting and finding right selection. So many men's options, women's is a quarter of the selection.

Trinity helped me out i had my girlfriend go in store due to me being gone as a trucker and they facetimed me and trinity went above and beyond to find what i needed. Great place to shop

Lots of boots and styles but lay out where men's boots are can get confusing where the sizes are. Tried on a ton of boots couldn't find what I exactly wanted and no stock in the back .
