Called Brian's Auto Service and Mr Brian answered. Gave him the details of my car problem. He said bring it in and let's take a look. To make a long story short, he repaired my vehicle and went the extra mile to replace a part that needed to be replaced as well, free! And the next best thing was that the dealership had given me a "way higher" estimate to make the repair. Thank you and all your staff for making this repair a pleasant experience.

I finally found my go to car repair shop. Besides the fact that they put on my spare (no charge): but it was the way they treated me with such kindness when this old women was completely rattled after blowing out my tire on the curb turning out of walmart centerville road. Thank you Brians see you this week !

Took a vehicle in for repairs and caught a tech driving the vehicle shortly after dropping it off. I let Brian the owner know I saw the tech driving the vehicle and he promptly told us to come get it and take it somewhere else. Hey Brian are we ever get our key fob and key back that you kept? Let a message for you to mail it to us even left the address.

These guys suck forreal. They doordashed auto parts from me in Pennsylvania and didn't even tip me. I was played :( They are shitty people for that. Don't give them your business, they don't deserve it.

I was very impressed with their honesty at Brian's. They just saved me over $1,000 of work and parts that another highly-rated shop in our area was recommending. It seemed fishy because my car honestly felt pretty good, so I'm glad that I took it in for a second opinion! They didn't bash the other business, but were nice enough to explain to me why the other shop may have recommended the repairs but why they weren't necessary yet. I'll happily take my car back to Brian's and trust that if they recommend a repair, it is really warranted.

Brian, Noah, and the rest of the team are all amazing. Through their professionalism and fantastic humor, the kept my first car going for 17 years and 285,000 miles. My current car has 265,000 miles and is going strong. I admire the way they can explain things to me so that I understand and feel comfortable making an informed decision. They are great people and keep me moving safely along.

Very good experience. Excellent workmanship with honest pricing. Better than the Jeep dealership hands down.

We have taken our business and personal vehicles to Brian's for many years now. They have always done great work at a reasonable cost and finished the work when they say they will. We ask both Brian and Noah for recommendations on vehicles to buy and who to go to for auto work they don't do (like body work). They recently moved from Maryland Ave. to Centerville Rd. next to the Walmart, so make sure you have the right address.
