“A great butcher store, A little pricey but defiantly top shelf meats. I love buying there ( you get what you pay for) and they are the best you can buy. I have had my own beef processed there in the past and know I buy beef in the store. Always the best tasting beef and pork that you can buy!”

“Stopped in to see what they were about and how they process. They only take boned out meat. No whole deer. Wide variety of things to make i.e. hot dogs, bologna, sausage etc. Prices look reasonable. I've had some products that a friend had made there. Very tasty.”
