At one time I brought my cars from this dealership. I came for repairs and went into the showroom to look at the new vehicles since I trade every five years. I was completely ignored by the staff and thought you just lost a sale. The staff in service was not any better. It has been years since I came here but I went today to get a battery replace in my fob. The person who waited on me curse and carried on and was not able to get the battery to work. Another staff person came to help and they talked about me like I was not there and preceded to toss my key back to me and said here take this back and try service and walked away. As I walked out the door I said to myself the customer service is still crappy and glad years ago I started going to Milford to buy my cars and get service. I don't mine the ride to get good customer service

They cracked an interior panel and refused to fix it saying someone else must have done it. No one else had that panel open like they had to do and I looked at that panel right beforehand because I wanted to see the brake bulb and there was no crack there . I opened up the hatch a couple of days after I got it back from Schwartz after they replaced the headlight assembly and there it is a big crack. When I brought it back in to point out the problem the service guy called over the tech to ask if the crack was there before tech says he does not know. In a strange twist of fate days later as I persisted with the complaint service guy says tech remembers that oh yes the crack was there before. I wonder if they threatened to fire him if he did not say what they wanted him to say, I wouldn't put it past these shady people.

I have never complained about a business, this will be a first!\nBut I am compelled today, I have been servicing my car with this business for over 20+ years \nIn the Last 3months have had 2 visits were they were extremely rude. I complained to a supervisor who was on site.She was very condescending & almost as disrespectful \nI am Nigerian Americans, we take respect seriously, so l guess I have to find another service location

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I took my car in for servicing and a Caucasian male at the front desk was rude. He spoke with me about my vehicle with his back turned to me. This behavior is non inviting; therefore, questions did not happen. Also, he did not ask credit or debit. He proceeded to tell me that the machine is asking for my pin. I told him that I do not desire to put in my pin. He sighed while almost slamming my credit card to the counter. He told me to sign two different places and then this guy just walked away. The other people present were silent. His tone and mannerisms were totally unprofessional and the others knew it. Needless to say I will never step foot into this establishment again. If you treat me like this during the holiday season, I cannot imagine how you would behave outside the holiday season. My money and time will go elsewhere.

This dealership is so bad they should have their license revoked by Toyota. My car was towed here for service on a Sunday. They let me know it's "fixed" on Monday. Wednesday OF THE SAME WEEK rolls around and the same issue happens. My car FREAKS out while driving on a highway almost causing a MAJOR car accident. I lost ABS, power steering, and traction control all at once. I call to talk to their service manager about this and he proceeds to tell me that their "Master" technicians did an incredible job and that it was perfect when leaving their dealership. If they did a perfect job then why am I ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. This dealer never apologized or offered assistance in any way. They told me that this was all my problem. If you care about your own safety or the safety of others DO NOT get your car serviced here because I can guarantee you they do not. Oh and P.S. just for fun they broke my car key while it was being serviced. A+++ job guys!!

Initial experience on first visit was not good. Front line service representative was cold and calculating. My intuition turned on a sense of mistrust. The representative was very cold and could care less if I decided not to have my vehicle serviced at their location. I was hesitant because the quote was twice as much, until I provided documentation for the service... SMH. I will look for another dealer to service my vehicle.

I'm not one to write bad reviews, but I question this dealership. The tire warning light never was on until after I took my vehicle in for a five mile checkup. A new vehicle with new tires, I was told that the tire had a hole, but the mechanic could not find the hole. So I purchased a new tire in September. Well my light is on again. I have had several cars, and never, never had problems with my tires. It makes me wonder what other problems I'll have with this vehicle. C.F. Schwartz you just lost a loyal Toyota customer. I don't trust you, and I will be driving back to the dealership that sold the car to me.

Was pre-approved for loan via our bank. Instructions were show dealership the pre-approval notice on arrival. Attempted to do that but sales rep. Just wanted the reference number then went off to finance department and came back with a number lower than the price shown for a monthly payment on my banks page (by $33.00 a month, great right?). Asked if they could drop the total price $324.00 to make the monthly payment an even number. Back to finance, came back as not a problem but would be with another lender. Long story short after nearly 2 hours, get to the end of the paperwork and term is for 72 not 60 months. This would also increase % rate by 1 1/4% at least. One excuse was taxes and tags etc were not in the bank offer, when I got home and composed myself I looked again at the bank page and there was indeed $1200+ included in their price. Long story short, bad, bad news steer clear not reputable people. Just an AWFUL experience.

We went to have maintenance on our 2020 Toyota Prius . When we arrived, we informed the service woman that the fan was making a noise and she stated she would inform “her technician.” When we were told the service was completed we noticed the noise was still there. The service person heard the noise and checked the panel filter which was filthy and contained several acorns. Clearly their service dept. has no idea how to gain future customers with simple friendly service. . I arrived in my 8 year old Lexus RX to get a key cut which I purchased online. You would have thought I insulted someone's mother given the attitude I received by purchasing my uncut key elsewhere. I walked out, never to return again. I was informed that they cut keys that are purchased there. Guess what dealership won't be considered when I'm ready to replace my Lexus?

Battery issue under warranty on my Tacoma - advised today (Tuesday) they said they could get me in sometime next week? Now that is horrible customer service - can’t see me ever coming back for service! Drove to Koons Toyota in Easton and was in and out in 30 minutes! That is customer service.
