At one time I brought my cars from this dealership. I came for repairs and went into the showroom to look at the new vehicles since I trade every five years. I was completely ignored by the staff and thought you just lost a sale. The staff in service was not any better. It has been years since I came here but I went today to get a battery replace in my fob. The person who waited on me curse and carried on and was not able to get the battery to work. Another staff person came to help and they talked about me like I was not there and preceded to toss my key back to me and said here take this back and try service and walked away. As I walked out the door I said to myself the customer service is still crappy and glad years ago I started going to Milford to buy my cars and get service. I don't mine the ride to get good customer service

I went there and didn’t expect to get my car as soon as I did. The service was hands down the best I have ever experienced with any car salesmen or dealerships. My salesman was Bob and he honestly was the best person I could’ve asked for. Growing up and coming into this big milestone, I was told a lot of the times that dealerships tend to be very aggressive and pressure you into buying cars, yet I felt absolutely none of that. I’m ignorant when it comes to cars and the car buying as it’s my first time so there was ample opportunity to try and trick me or take advantage, yet, that was never done. Bob got straight to the point and made sure that I was getting all the discounts, the best car, and even told me about an upgrade to a hybrid when he very well couldn’t have. I am in love with my car and I am so glad that I was given the sense to choose Toyota instead of Honda because I highly doubt that I would’ve been given the stellar service I was given here.

If I could, I would give this dealership a rating of zero stars, but that wouldn't even begin to capture the depths of my disappointment. It's no surprise that there are so many one-star reviews on this site because, honestly, they deserve much worse. Today, I walked into this dealership hoping to get pricing on a fleet of Rav4s (a total of 12) with the intent to make a purchase. Unfortunately, my experience took a turn for the worse from the very beginning.I can't recall the name of the person who was supposed to assist me, but he was a middle-aged man with a bald head. I provided him with all the necessary details about our intentions, and instead of being welcoming or helpful, he immediately asked, "How will you be paying? I said "Cash" and he continued asking me "Who's 'we'?" as he continued the disrespect.though I began to feel aggravated, I offered to explain our interest in bidding for a government contract in my home country, he probed further as if he were some kind of detective interrogating a suspect by asking what government and what country. He looked at me with disdain and disbelief, treating me like a joke. He abruptly excused himself and returned a few minutes later came back to coldly inform me, "We don't do that here." When I asked for an explanation, he condescendingly compared it to wholesaling and declared that they don't engage in such transactions. Moreover, he stated that if I were to make a purchase, the car would need to have a Delaware license plate. I could have walked away at that point, but I insisted on receiving an explanation by asking a hypothetical question "If I were interested in buying 4 vehicles for family members, would that still be considered wholesale", he replied, Yes, and insisted that he did not make the rule and is just a salesman"I must admit, for the first time in my life, I felt deeply hurt by the discrimination that emanated from this individual's actions and demeanor. His behavior went far beyond mere microaggressions, and it left me questioning how a customer could be treated this way. Regardless of whether I made a purchase or not, his actions were undeniably discriminatory.To add insult to injury, he had the audacity to claim that he didn't make the rules and suggested I contact the corporate office. Then, in a final act of disregard, he abruptly excused himself to take a call and walked away. This type of customer experience should never happen, and it is representatives like him and managers who allow it to occur that tarnish the reputation of an entire brand.Instead of displaying such bias and rudeness, he and his manager could have taken the opportunity to provide me with more context, ask open-ended questions to better understand my request, and enlighten me about their policies and regulations. However, it was clear that their focus was solely on being dismissive, and prejudiced.No customer should ever be subjected to such treatment. It is experiences like this that stain the reputation of a brand, and it is high time that actions are taken to rectify these issues.

Take pictures of EVERYTHING that they are going to touch before using their service center. They cracked an interior panel of my car and won't fix it because maybe the "other guy" did it. Well the other guy did not take apart the interior. They looked at the light bulb for which you just open this little opening and saw I needed more and unfortunately suggested the dealership for the repair, turned out I need and entire light setup. I could see the "other guy" through a window and they certainly did not take apart the interior. Service guy at Toyota said AAA would have to have torn it apart because of their bigger hands. Not true, the guys at AAA clearly got their bigger hand in there.Heck just watch YouTube . After it was finished at Toyota and I saw the crack I brought it back, the service guy asked the tech if the crack was there already the tech clearly said he did not know. Apparently service guy got tech to change his answer at a later date to the opposite .Funny how that works.I should have recorded my return visit. Very dishonest people. Also extremely expensive but I was in a hurry to get it done for inspection and that was supposed to be the end of it.

They cracked an interior panel and refused to fix it saying someone else must have done it. No one else had that panel open like they had to do and I looked at that panel right beforehand because I wanted to see the brake bulb and there was no crack there . I opened up the hatch a couple of days after I got it back from Schwartz after they replaced the headlight assembly and there it is a big crack. When I brought it back in to point out the problem the service guy called over the tech to ask if the crack was there before tech says he does not know. In a strange twist of fate days later as I persisted with the complaint service guy says tech remembers that oh yes the crack was there before. I wonder if they threatened to fire him if he did not say what they wanted him to say, I wouldn't put it past these shady people.

This dealership is awesome! We wanted a Tacoma SR and no one else in the tri-state area could get us one but Dave Bosak took the challenge and found us just the model and color we wanted. He also worked hard, along with the great management team, to get us a wonderful deal. We are very grateful and highly recommend CF Schwartz Toyota.

I have been a CF Schwartz customer for over 20 years, even though I have lived in NJ for the last 12 years and in Virginia for a decade prior to that. My three sisters and my parents have all purchased Toyotas (we love a Camry!) from Brandt Chi and Linda Schwartz Chi. Brandt has infinite patience for my questions about the car's features, particularly the technology ones. I trust him completely. Whenever I am back in Delaware, I make a point of going to CF Schwartz to get my car serviced there because I know their recommendations are necessary. I feel really relaxed about the whole service process, which is NOT the same at the big NJ dealerships. Recently, I bought a used Avalon from Brandt and couldn't be happier with the ease of the process on a Saturday morning.

I am a first time car buyer and my experience with them was just wonderful. They worked with me and made the whole process stress free. From my salesman Jamison to John from the finance department, they were patient, friendly, explained every step of the process and answered any questions that I had. Brandt and Linda take very good care of their customers, have the best team and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I love my new Toyota Corolla and I confidently recommend C.F. SCHWARTZ!!!

I just bought a new Toyota Sequoia from CF Schwartz Toyota today and traded in my older Sequoia. Everyone at the dealership is wonderful! I highly recommend them for new and used vehicles. They make the process so easy! Everyone there is so knowledgeable and helpful! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

C.F. Schwartz Toyota is the best! I have always been a Toyota girl, and working with them is always a pleasure. From sales to service, from new to used, they are always friendly, kind and professional. I am on my 3rd or 4th car from them and my husband is on at least his 3rd vehicle from them as well! Brandt and Lind a always put us in the right vehicles and make it so easy, no stress! We would never go anywhere else.

I purchased my first car here at C.F. Schwartz Toyota in Dover DE. My salesman Dave was very professional and knowledgeable of the vehicle that I purchased, along with other Toyota vehicles. With this being my first new car Dave assisted me well with purchasing the right car. I am absolutely in love with my Toyota and I couldn’t have done it without my salesman Dave who was very patient and kind. Thank you Dave!
