“on July 11, 2026. We rented the car from PHL and return to Hertz the same day. 2 hours delay of PHL luggage unloading, we arrive the Hertz office at Dover, Delaware on 5pm (the Friday closing time0. We keep looking for the office. We saw the large Hertz sign at the end of the Acura lot. Finally find the single door next to the car wash entrance, but the door was closed. It was 5 after closing time. We are so disappointed. Suddenly Courtney come out of the office and greet us and received the rental car. This saved us from Hertz charge us rental for the whole weekend until Monday. Thanks Courtney.”
“I shopped around and Budget offered the best pricing with 80 free miles. I saved even more on a one way trip. The only issus I have is that they accidentally took the $150.00 deposit out of my bank 3 days AFTER my move & the truck was back on the lot?! Ridiculous...”
