  If you need anything, see Veronica at the Dover, DE CarZone location! I came in and saw her after my recent total loss with a car I had already been financing with them. She gave me a second chance at hope when I thought there was no hope left. She is a blessing. I am so thankful to be able to be a returning customer of CarZone in a very unfortunate life situation. I’m forever grateful. I would give 10 stars if I could! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I went to Carzone with no hope after being involved in an accident of not my fault, with losing my only way to work. They worked for two days and I got a miracle they were able to put me in a good car that wasn’t going to break me and it runs better than most of my past cars! Kuddos to Veronica, she was the best and took all my stress and I could actually breathe again!! Thank you so much! I would recommend CarZone to anyone looking for a car!

  Car zone is great.I didn't have much money to put down, but what I had gave me what I wanted and they work with you, great place to get a vehicle.Especially if you don't have that much down and you're in a rush to get something now

  Chris and Bobby were both great with helping us get into our new vehicle. Chris took care of us and was very patient in getting all the numbers run for us and we were able to get the exact car we came for. Car zone in Dover is great and they all have great customer service through the whole office.

  Where do I begin?! I Googled“car dealership that help people with bad credit” and Car Zone was one that popped up. Veronica, got in touch with me and basically told me she could get me in a car. I was very pessimistic and she said “well I like to look at the glass half full”. That kind of did it for me, but I was looking to do buy here, pay here” (but I didn’t have much to put down) and Veronica gave me 2 options. I Prayed about it and just went for it. Long story short, I got approved and I went on a Thursday (6/26/25) after work. When I tell you Veronica is one of the most patient and sweet women have ever met! She stayed there until 9:00pm because I was having trouble with my insurance and my insurance agent was trying to find options for me. She didn’t complain, she offered me water, she talked to me& we even hugged when we were leaving! 🙂 My car buying journey was amazing and I don’t feel “got” (I love my 2011 Hyundai Sonata)! I got a warranty with Car Zone AND another warranty PLUS Gap! She works with you and is just a joy! Even her colleagues are nice and down to earth. I watch one lady (Jen is her name I think) sit on the phone the entire time trying to direct this lady to the dealership! The guy Chris is nice too! GO TO CAR ZONE!! You won’t regret it!
  
  Update (09-06-25): I had to get service done on my car and the mechanic Joshua IS AMAZING!! He took care of me from start to finish! I took off to get it done and my car ended up needing a compressor. I couldn’t take off again and he said he would come in on a Saturday to install everything! Mind you, the service shop is CLOSED ON SATURDAY’S!! I wanted to buy him lunch, but he wouldn’t have it! I told Bobby how amazing Joshua is and he’s a tremendous asset! Thank you Joshua and Car Zone!

  I would like to say first, that I got my car a week ago and was wondering why I didn't get any responses! I never hit the submit button! Lolol!!! With that being said.... I would like to thank Veronica for all of her attention, help, knowledge and during the entire process we carried on a complete conversation about life as she continuously did paperwork as we spoke! (Talk about mult-tasking) I was in and out within in 2 hrs! I was very pleased with Car Zone!! I'm very happy and I'm driving with pride! If you're in the hunt for a new car, you're credit isn't all that but you have steady work, Veronica is the one to see!!

  I can’t recommend CarZone enough! I walked in thinking I was going to have to do buy here/pay here, but Veronica convinced me to give financing a try and I, though skeptical, agreed. I’m so glad I listened to her because I was approved! I was able to get the car I really wanted and still stay within my budget. Veronica made the process easier than i was expecting and I can’t thank her enough!

  Chris was great. Me and my boyfriend came in to purchase a vehicle for the first time together to which Chris had made this process possible. He was patient and worked thoroughly to get us approved for the vehicle type we were interested in. Being young can sometimes make getting your first car scary but Chris definitely made this decision for us easier! Car Zone is definitely a good choice for a first time buyer!

  Experience was great and made easy always nice to know i have somewhere to go that is dependable. The car seems okay a few issues but I am sure they will address. It's an older car so I am not expecting a brand new car feeling. Nevertheless it runs and I am grateful. The whole staff was friendly and Veronica simply knows her job and does it well. She closed 2 car sales at the same time and walked us both thru with clarity. This is my 5th car from car zone and I would do it all again. Thank you so much to Veronia and Bobby my fav

  Chris as soon as my wife and I entered the establishment, he greeted us and told us he would be happy to help us. He answered all our questions and was professional the whole time let us look at multiple vehicles until my wife found the one she wanted. Highly Recommend. Also props to the person in charge of their digital marketing Carzone popped up for us on Google and multiple times on Facebook why we decided to check them out.
