The most ignorant unprofessional older woman with old matted braids greeted me on February 13th at 2pm as soon as I walked with complete ignorance. I walked in to do a return and she just yelled out BAG UP! I had no idea what she was talking about or what that meant. She yells BAG UP again! I was confused and said Excuse me?? She yells I need your bag up front. She never said Hello or welcome to the store and explained the policy just yelled BAG UP at me. She needs to be retrained. I won't be coming back to the store because of her ignorance and unprofessionalism.

It was a little disheveled, and the men's section was sparse. The layaway is the saving grace for the store.

I come here often when I’m in the area and this location’s selection of clothing and other items are usually abundant and fashionable! I wanted to shout out the employee that I saw today in an orange shirt: she was so kind and had great customer service skills!

I love the clothes here and there is one employee who is always maki g sure you get a great customer service experience. Only gave 4 starts, because you can’t always find your size for some of the clothes you might like.

Not the most organized but I usually find a fee really cute things really cheap. Not the best quality but acceptable for the prices.
