Very disappointed. My windows look worse than when I took the car to be washed. I suggest you save the $35 and do a half ass job yourself.

Great experience. Truck looked very clean afterward. There was one small spot that was missed with the vacuum but they were more than happy to get that fixed before leaving. They also had some drinks and snacks inside, we got a few drinks and it was definitely not overpriced.

First time trying Coastal. The reviews sounded great. Needless to say we have a new permanent go to place. Absolutely loved the results. No upgrade pressure. No nonsense. Straightforward great job!

This place is great, staff were friendly and helpful and the car looked terrific. I love being able to stay in the car during the wash and you cannot get a better price. It is now my go to place for a car wash and my dog loves it too!

Came here today and had the worst experience I’ve ever had getting a car wash. Everyone there is so freaking bitter and had the ugliest attitudes!!! I left with a terrible taste in my mouth!

The fact that people give you the first scrub before and the last dry by hand after the machine is amazing. I've never saw that in Pittsburgh where I live. I feel like a Richard for not having cash to tip, somebody throw in a few bucks for me please.

It is a car wash! They will wash your car and if the wash did not get everything have you take it through again. Honestly, great service!

Coastal Carwash is by far the best car wash in Dover. The attention to detail is absolutely unmatched. From the moment you pull in, the staff is friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in their work. They don’t rush through the process—they take the time to make sure every inch of your vehicle is spotless, inside and out.
My car looked showroom-ready when they were done. The wheels, windows, interior... everything was flawless. You can tell they care about quality and customer satisfaction, which is hard to find these days. If you're looking for consistent, top-notch service and results that speak for themselves, this is the place to go. Highly recommend Coastal Carwash!

This Carwash in Dover, Delaware, is the best in the area. All employees deserve a raise, particularly the managers. The way they obtained the facility is commendable. Although I cannot recall the name of the young lady who received a facility, the rest of the staff does an excellent job.

I have a monthly membership that I use frequently… the staff is polite.. Lucy is a GREAT help she is always very kind to me and my children she’s always open to resolve an issue. There’s never I time I wasn’t satisfied!!!
