Comfort Suites offers a range of experiences based on guest reviews. Some visitors found the rooms to be clean and suitable for a one or two-night stay, with safe environments and friendly staff members. One guest appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, highlighting staff members who went out of their way to assist, including storing ice packs and personally returning forgotten items. The rooms are generally described as average and comfortable, though some guests felt the cleanliness was lacking, with issues such as stained sheets, ripped blankets, and stains in the shower. Parking is limited, and some guests found the front desk staff to be unfriendly or unhelpful, especially when addressing concerns or requesting room changes. Security deposits were sometimes unfairly withheld, and overall service was inconsistent. Safety features, like the side door remaining open, raised concerns for some guests. Despite these issues, a few visitors noted that the hotel met their basic needs for a short stay and appreciated the effort of the staff. Overall, Comfort Suites appears to be a budget-friendly option that can be suitable for quick visits but may fall short in cleanliness and customer service for some guests.
Great stay for the price! Friendly front desk staff and free breakfast. Cheyenne helped us check in and was super helpful. I checked in with 4 girls and had my hands full, she was able to help me and guide me to where I needed to be in town. She’s awesome and we will be back just to see Cheyenne!

Good stay for the value! Everything was as expected, and Cheyenne at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay a great experience. She was friendly, helpful, and truly made a difference. We really appreciated her excellent customer service!

How is this even a choice hotel. Then the audacity to make bookings non refundable know that this rooms are disgusting, customer service is non existent. One out three things may work in the room. If this is what choice is offering it’s time to switch to Hilton hotels
