Wow... the worst experience ever we counted me and my husband. We bought 3 phones like 3 months ago.The sales lady Hispanic I can't recall her name but she works mostly on weekends.she was Soo rude, ignorant, cursing us using her language and you can't tell by facial expressions. She made us buy all the phone accessories which we were not supposed to buy, but she told us you have to buy accessories. We told her we need to talk to the manager. She rolled her eyes and said " you don't need more explanations whatever I have told you is enough" anyway we insisted we need to talk to him. The manager also Hispanic ,spoke their language us not understanding, and finally manager told us, whatever she has told you is enough. The lady laughed at our face, and told us" you can leave now your questions are answered". We felt disrespected, abused emotionally as customers. On Sunday my husband went again to buy phones for our kids,I didn't go because of last experience. Anyway he was told" you only come to the shop when am having bad days". Anyway my husband was sent out and she locked the shop for 30 mins because she can't leave him in the shop and she want to use the bathroom.My husband asked her, do I have to go out, and the lady told her" yes because I don't trust you around the shop" my husband asked him, but you have cameras everywhere. This is the same lady we encountered 3 months ago. Please customer service do something about her. This is the only store in Dover we can go and with the experiences we have encountered in with her, we are Soo worried. The manager too, the Hispanic guy.pleass I beg you, we don't want that girl in that store.

Jacob at Dover Cricket Wireless. He helped me work my phone, he did an excellent job. We need more workers like him at other store locations especially Philadelphia.

Went in today and got 3 beautiful phones.. the customer service was wonderful!!! Very helpful and made us a very happy customers. Will recommend cricket to everyone and especially the one in Dover. I can't remember the girls name but she was outstanding and she deserves a promotion!! Good job !!! Love my new cricket phone ??

In store techs and manager have no idea what they are doing.Just bodies taking up space in a store.I went in to purchase a sim card for my Hotspot that I purchased from cricket.Was told that my Hotspot didn't work anymore that I should purchase a new more expensive Hotspot.The tech broke the door on my Hotspot by inserting the store Sim card to test my Hotspot.I left to go to Walmart and purchase a new sim card and had my Hotspot setup on line at cricket and it works fine.Don't waste your time at this cricket location

They have a program now that offers $50 off your phone and phone bill the $55 plan is only $5 a month. If you port in a number (bring a phone number from another carrier) the phones are even cheaper then add $50 off that for being on food stamps or social security. You don't have to personally be on these just someone in your family..

Have been to this store twice in the past week. Each time we received over and above excellent service. The manager is amazing! She is so patient and answered every question we had. Even took the time to show us extra features we didn’t know we had. Thank you so much!!
