The young lady that helped me had exceptional customer service skills. She was friendly and helped me look for the item I was looking for. She also helped me re-actvate my CVS card, which no one else did the last time I was in the store.

When I do pickups for the Pharmacy I always prepare to wait. I get it, just some people should understand you must be patient.
