Went on my lunch break so I was in a rush. They were fast but very efficient. The guy that helped me (Didn't catch his name due to rushing) but he was short, bald and had glasses. He was very nice and the environment was great. This was my first time going to this pharmacy so I will definitely be back!! Thank you!!

Use my other card to buy wioe return to rm and was told that they could not refund f Mr because I use my other card and they were mot allow to give because they could not put it back on the card and to give me a cvs gift card it would be fraud call my insurance and they said that that not true

The pharmacist and techs at this location are very friendly and professional. On this latest visit, a medication was backlogged, and the pharmacist attempted to contact the doctor for an alternate.

The CVS pharmacies in the Milford and Dover Delaware area are the worst that I've ever encountered in the 5 states that I've lived in for the past 10 years. In their defense, most are grossly under staffed. But that's not a good enough reason to tolerate bad service. It's a shame because CVS (stores) are actually pretty good.

I don’t know the pharmacy technician on duty today 8/17/2023 earns an honest wage. She is utterly clueless!! I’ve been to the pharmacy twice to pick up a medication for my son (his doctor sent the prescription on two separate days). She couldn’t get the spelling of his name correct. She said she couldn’t find his profile, which doesn’t make sense cause my husband picked up a prescription for our son three weeks ago. She wanted to give several reasons why she was having a difficult day, which doesn’t apply to me in any way. Needless to say, this is my last visit to this pharmacy!! She needs to be retrained asap!

Majiyah was amazing! She was kind, knowledgeable, and quickly transferred and filled my prescription. Overall this was a great experience and I will be sending all future prescriptions here!

No matter how sick you are they will make you wait 20 minutes for your prescription , even if you call ahead,, while they wait on drive-thrus and answer the phone first because they want you to shop. Forget it.
