The pharmacy's service wait times are unacceptable.

If you're going to make us wait 30-70 minutes for our pharmacy items, can we get some better chairs? I'm just sayin.

The drive through is a joke. 80% of the time I’ve been there at opening, it’s late. Today I sat for 15 minutes until the car at the window left. Then another 15 for the next car and it was still there. Two other cars in front of me. I drove away. Total of at least 25 minutes and they only serviced one customer.

Good experience at the Dover CVS/Forest Street. Store manager Enzo greeted you upon entering, he was friendly and very helpful (even made suggestions on body wash). Store was clean and neat.

This pharmacy has gone down hill, faster than you can say down hill!! I’ve tried to be understanding and I tried to give it the opportunity to redeem itself but it hasn’t. The rudeness, lack of care and compassion the lack of personal touch is indescribable. Take your perceptions elsewhere.

Worst CVS I have EVER been to both the pharmacy especially is full of lazy, slow, idiots who can't do a basic job at a reasonable pace

This location is extremely ghetto. The staff is not friendly and sometimes even rude. The employees, including the pharmacy workers, show up at the exact same as the store opens which is weird and unprofessional. And then they’re mad when customers are there at the time the store is SUPPOSED to be open. Just very poorly run.

The pharmacy and the business needs immediate attention or shut down…if you are having issues especially with pharmacy I would recommend you call CVS corporate that is what I did and finally got immediate resolution, my regular pharmacy and myself tried for 3 weeks to get my prescription transferred to my normal pharmacy, never able to speak with a human, 5 or more voicemails left without a return phone call to myself or my normal pharmacy, ended up sick with infection in urgent care as that’s what happens when individual goes 3 weeks without daily medication, finally reported this CVS pharmacy to their corporate office and got immediate response, my prescription finally transferred and filled with my normal pharmacy, that occurred after my complaint was heard by CVS corporate

This pharmacy is ridiculous!! I was shown no empathy or concern for a situation I didn’t even cause!! The pharmacist acted as if I was bothering him and advised he wasn’t interrupting anyone from there task at hand to work on my concern (I had several refills needed (7), and they were too busy to solve today. I am sitting here, and it has now been 1 hour 54 minutes. I would have left but i need a medication that it’s dangerous to abruptly stop, and since when you call, you can’t speak to someone, I’m afraid to leave because they will close, I don’t think they think I’m important. If you have a choice, choose a different pharmacy!!

When I visited this location I was a little disappointed. I was not acknowledged at all while in the store by any worker. This can probably be resolved by hiring more workers because I only saw one person working, and they were stocking items.

It’s a CVS I don’t know what you expect. They’ve got self checkout so half the time there’s barely anyone there. Went in one day and the security alarm went off and told me to wait for someone to come check me… nobody came. Because there wasn’t a single worker in the main, non-pharmacy area. The line is always long. You’ll be lucky if there’s no line.

They have the slowest pharmacy service and they always seem to have trouble finding prescriptions. Hire more staff, this is ridiculous!
