I LOVE Del-Mar Appliance!!! They have pulled me out a jam several times. They serviced a warranty repair on a dryer a purchased at another store many many years ago and after their help with that I was a customer for life! During the pandemic when my other washer died and people were having a hard time getting appliances, they were able to get me the Speed Queen I wanted with no problem. I bought the matching dryer there and after 3 & 1/2 years of constant use it needed a new element (fluke lint issue covered under warranty) and they were here the next day!! The repair man was super helpful and answered all of our questions. I cannot say enough nice things about this business!! I highly recommend them and will continue to give them my business in the future!

They are well known in this area for having excellent service and products. Off street parking, the store is clean and very well lit. Not one but two employees greeted me while I was there and they each made sure I was being helped, that's nice and that's not the case in a lot of stores. I had provided an example of the product I required and very quickly had the exact product I was looking for! And at a very good price. The employees are very polite, professional and knowledgeable. 5 star service. Many Thanks for your assistance.

I have purchased appliances from Del-Mar Appliance a few times over the last five years. Specifically, I purchased a Speed Queen washing mach years later a Speed Queen dryer. I also purchased a new dishwasher for my daughter (Kitchen Aid) through Del-Mar recently. I am so happy with these appliances. I am 68 years old, and they are the best machinesI have ever owned or used. But the special thing about Del-Mar Appliance is their service. Elizabeth and her crew go out of their way to make certain that whatever question I've had over the years gets answered thoroughly. They are very patient and I never feel rushed. One recent problem I brought to them was that my dryer, which is about 18 months old, kept tripping the breaker in my brand new house, literally built this past late summer and early fall. Apparently, national electrical standards have changed, and my new house includes a breaker with GFCI for the dryer. Elizabeth took the time to find the answer to the issue, and I was finally able to dry clothes after a week in my new house. She never once threw her hands in the air to say it wasn't her problem. And no charge to me.

If you are somebody who likes quality and people who actually care about you as a customer this is the company to go with. It is a family owned business and when dealing with them you will feel right at home! Smooth delivery and walked me through everything I needed to know about my refrigerator! They even made sure it was level with my older flooring.

Called them after my dryer wouldn’t heat. They told me exactly what to bring in so they could test the parts. As soon as I arrived they diagnosed the issue and had me back out the door in 5 min with everything I needed!

Mom had to go to purchase appliance as this was the supplier of the builder. Horrible business ethics, they do not price match we had the model information of each appliance needed along with the links from the manufacturer direct and two big box stores the salesmen stated that they would not price match. I advise if you are building and the builder refers to this place do your own homework on what you want and take that to the builder and show them the specifics and the prices. They tried to charge almost a third more than what the items cost. Regardless of a builders package dollar for dollar no reason to be charged more than what you should from elsewhere.

Very unprofessional. Very disappointed. $130 for the tech to come and diagnose the problem with our oven. All he did was take the model number and error code and promised to call Jenn Air and get back to me by the end of the day. No call back. Left two messages to the tech over two days and no call back. I called the store after doing my own research and was told if the tech had stayed an additional hour to perform the diagnostic test I read about, we would have been charged an additional $130. If we need to replace our double oven, the $130 will not be applied against the cost. We literally received nothing for $130.

Good selection of products. Delivery and placement of the new refrigerator was excellent! The people are most pleasant and professional!!! Very meticulous. They replaced one of the doors, subsequently, for the most minor of imperfections that they had noticed at delivery time.
