If you're interested in seeing how life was many years ago definitely visit the museum, mainly focused on agriculture but it does offer of you into our history.
There's more to this museum than just inside, there were multiple buildings on the outside from a school a church barber shop blacksmith and a home.
Definitely worth to visit

My experience at the event was fabulous, all the different local vendors and the crafts were just amazing, and Laura's Hair Creations Wig Hats were just beautiful, can't wait until the next event and to see the beautiful displays.
Wig Hats, definitely check them out.

Friendly staff and nice renovations but they made cuts over the past few years that don’t create a better visitor experience. Gift shop mostly has items that have nothing to do with the museum. Some of the buildings used to feature more access and now are restricted. I’ve had better experiences there a few years back. They maybe should have spent some of the renovation money to keep attractions accessible and maintained rather than creating nicer rentable banquet/meeting spaces. It is very apparent that is where there focus is.

Visited the Delaware Agricultural Museum right after lunch on a Wednesday. Very sparse crowd, so we were able to take our time and thoroughly enjoy all the inside and outside displays. I grew up on a farm in the 60"s, and all the tractor and agricultural equipment displays brought back many memories. I also enjoyed the whittling section. The outdoor building displays were all very well kept and enjoyable. What a fun afternoon.

Arrived at the Ag museum and was immediately scolded at to leave the property or my vehicle would be towed. This poor old man was some sort of representative for the Ag center. I know people say this a lot in reviews but it was honestly the most rude encounter I have ever had with someone and I was very shocked because I tend to not cause any disruption and very rarely do people get upset with me in public. I would not recommend visiting.

The reason for the 3 star rating is due to the village not being handicapped accessible whatsoever. I understand not being able to accommodate in most of the historic buildings , but not even pathways between buildings. It makes it difficult to maneuver disability equipment. They do not take that into consideration for pricing. If you need accessible equipment, you can really only see a third of the museum

A hidden gem. So much content in the museum from indoor museum to outdoor village. I would come back again.

A total GEM. Our family visits at least once a year, they are constantly changing and adding things, we love the outdoor village. Just a very very cool place to spend a couple hours on a beautiful day!

Well done small museum of agricultural equipment displays and re-created historical community. We found the tracing of the development of the poultry industry surprisingly interesting. Parents should be prepared to keep a tight rein on youngsters as equipment is large and openly displayed - a definite climbing tempting. The is a very small admission fee - a bargain for the experience. Nice choice for a family outing.

I participated in the Wedding and Event Expo at this beautiful venue. I remember this place as a child. I had not been there for years. I was pleasantly surprised by how much it changed. I love the additional space for meetings and gatherings. I love the outdoors landscaped areas. I appreciate that it is right in Dover. I love the view of Silver Lake there . I was advised they even have livestock 2 pigs and some chickens and geese roam freely. Don't step in the poo. The staff was nice. The area was clean.
