Delaware Sewing Center is a fantastic and amazing small business. The store is a real treasure with an incredible selection of merchandise, including new, high quality fabrics and sample products. Customers find something new each time they stop in. The sewing machine maintenance service is fantastic, successfully resolving issues others could not. Employees and owners are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and care deeply about customers. They take time to answer questions, never make you feel bad for asking, and are always willing to help find a solution to any problem or project. They research and find available parts, even for very old machines, and will order items out of stock. They offer amazing classes with awesome teachers and free classes with new machine purchases. They provide honest advice on repairs and new models with warranties. The business also has a bucket of scraps bin for fabric pieces. Customers are thrilled with the service and encourage supporting this small business.
