I am a student at this university and I purposely avoid going to this bookstore because certain employees are disrespectful and off-putting. On multiple occasions I’ve had two elder women speak to me and other students in a condescending manner after asking for clarification about the policy. She purposely cut me off in between questions and spoke over me multiple times to the point I didn’t even want to continue the conversation. Going forward management should address the staff about proper customer service especially toward students paying to attend this university. We should be comfortable with coming to this store for clarification or questions in regards to rent or purchasing books.

Tried to support. Ordered a crew neck online and was sent the wrong kind i think it was on purpose trying to get rid of old stock when i ordered a different new style. First and last purchase.
