Customer service was terrible, after knowing what i needed they had me drive all the way to their shop to tell me they wouldn’t do the work. Plenty of other tire shops around I’d recommend any besides this one.

Fantastic, friendly service! Installed delivered tires on a Tesla. And for follow up - had a nail in that new tire a while later and they got me in immediately with an affordable, fast service. Highly recommend.

I had an appointment on 5/20/24. I was called and told that my appointment had to be canceled because the guy who does the alignments called out. That’s fine… so I rescheduled. Then I made another appointment for 5/24/24 for 10:30am. 45min later I was told that the guy still had a truck up on the lift and I wouldn’t be done by 12:30pm. I had an appointment at 1pm and 2hrs should have been enough time to get this service done. The guy Al at the front desk apologized but said there’s nothing he can do. They need to get more help or schedule appointments accordingly.

Overall great experience. I have a specific tire and of course the issue happened on a Friday, so I got it in there in a Monday. Was in and out (this was just a replacement tire and alignment) within 40 minutes. They put my spare back and everything . They were the best price around.I will say small waiting room and didn't notice a vending machine, so if you plan on being there for a little, bring a drink and snack. Or you could walk up the street to some sort of store.

I’ve been going to the Dover location for over a decade, the folks behind the counter are always professional and courteous, very knowledgeable. It’s awesome to know a business that runs a tight ship and takes excellent care of my vehicles!

Pathetic man behind the counter in the Governor's Avenue shop needs to brush up on math and how to tell time. Dropped my car off, emergency situation. Guy says I can help you in 2 hours. I'm like "great"! Leave my car there for 4 hours. I call thinking they just forgot to call me. Nope. They haven't even looked at it. I ask the guy why and he says "too many appointments today". Ummm, that's not what you said this morning. If you had, I could have taken my car somewhere else and actually...you know....have someone fix it instead of pretending they are going to fix it. Won't be back and will spread the word far and wide. Thanks for wasting my day and returning my car in the exact same condition it was when I walked in! I know it's hard to hire people these days but telling time and counting appointments is pretty basic. SMH

Did not try to upsell me to more expensive tires. Did have great prices, friendly and informative staff, and quick service. A great experience.
