This store is such a waste of time it’s not even funny. This is my SECOND time wasting my time and energy to come up the highway when this store is SUPPOSED to be open smh. Of course they’re not. Beyond unprofessional. A sign on the door saying sorry they will be open at 6pm. It’s 15 minutes past 6 and still NOTHING. I should’ve known better trying to stop at this location while on a time schedule. Never again. Thank God there’s another store Bendover two lights down and it’s actually open during business hours so save your time and go there.

I bought a kink lab electro wand accessory kit and when I got it home to use with my kink lab wand 3 of the pieces had cracks in them and the other 5 pieces barely worked. When I contacted the warranty department in California I was told that that kit had been discontinued for quite some time and they couldn’t warranty it. So now I’m out 70$.
I have always had good quality products from this shop but this one item was an absolute waste of money.
Now I have to spend more money for an item that should have been taken of the shelf. I will continue to purchase items from Desires but will be more careful about checking if things work before I purchase them.

My very 1st time visiting the establishment. It's definitely overwhelming, so muchnto take in with the endless unique options. Neatly organized.Cricket is such a beautiful soul. She was kind and generous and very helpful.
