I had got my stuff DoorDashed and we I opened my Velveeta cheese it was molded not only that but the expiration date says 2024 please keep up with your merchandise and they never pick up their phone also

I also had a ordeal with a disrespectful employee, a blk kid was stocking a shelf and I ask him where could I find something he took out his earphones and was very unpleasant, I told him to check his attitude working in a public place and he went off talking crazy, good thing im not a aggressive person anymore he would been handled, please find better employees

I don’t normally, go to this Dollar general as often. The times I have been there; the associates have been very pleasant! However, there’s one employee who literally went off; because of a penny item! He said, that he couldn’t sell it to me; because he would get fired (mind you) the times I’ve been to that store, I have never been denied a penny item! He literally started going on a huge rant about his job and was very loud! And on top, of that he kept calling me “bro”. And there were other shoppers behind me (very embarrassing). And he also threatened to kick me out the store. The only reason why, I give the store 3 stars is because the rest of the employees have never given me a hard time!! I did leave the store and purchased my $5.00 bucks of candy; got in my car and called corporate! They documented everything! I even let the person on the phone(who was documenting the incident that had just occurred) that this person can be very rude, even his fellow workers. I had to explain, that there was a time (5 months or so) I went in there, and he and another (very older lady) were the only ones working! I was around the clearance section (towards the front of the aisle) and he was stocking up some stuff (near the shampoo and diaper section! Well, anyhow it tended to get a bit busier and she literally called out to him for help! However, instead of going to help her, he blurted out loud to me “she’s been here way longer then me, and she acts like she can’t do it (while cursing). I just looked at him and in my mind…im like “what is wrong with him, he’s very mean and wrong for doing this to her”. Oh, yeah he didn’t help her and just kept putting items on the shelf! She finally said, “I don’t know what you’re going to do when I’m not here anymore and decide to quit”. She was very upset! I felt bad for her; “she looked about my moms age (somewhere in here 50’s).
I’m sure, this guy can be humorous (for what it seems) but also rude!! It doesn’t look right, to have someone like that representing the store he works for!! There’s a place and time for him, to act certain ways; and obviously his job is not the place!!! However, I do hope the get a good look at their video camera; so they can witness how disrespectful he is!!

I have visited this Dollar General in Woodside,DE a hand ful of times. Each visit is the same. This store has unfriendly management. No one even says hello to you or offer to help with anything. Its no surprise the parking lot is empty most time. Customer satisfaction used to be a priority for DG. Not this one. Go a mile down the road to Felton DG. They will welcome you.

No more self check out but this store only has self checkout because of theft… then close the store or have more staff on …. Worst experience ever … can’t wait for the sandtown one to open

Honestly the store is a hot mess, only 2 of the self check out lanes work and they are card only. To pay cash you have to hope an employee cares enough to ring you up. The last time I was in the guy stood there like he didnt see me although we made eye contact and didnt come to help until I rang the bell on the counter. Also this place smells like someone took a massive poop on the sales floor...

The Mgr Nicki is a JOY!! THIS is the ONLY DG I Shop at..!! Felton NEVER has what I need n Magnolia is just too Far!!! Always an Employee around to Ask Questions N If I have a Problem with my Online Coupons they always take care of it for me...

Worst experience coming to this store. Associates are very rude and mouthy to customers. Asked nicely about cigars and was told couldn’t open case and was told to go too bad go elsewhere if I didn’t like it. Then proceeded to start argument with us about how he don’t care about his job and wants to be fired. I will be reporting this store to their headquarters. No customer should be talked to this way or threatened.
