Received yesterday from my daughter a poorly arrangement of flowers. Today the yellow tulips are drooped along with the sunflower..I called the Dover Delaware shop and got a young guy who told me that depends on the flowers, hold on. Then he disconnected me. When I tried calling back no answer. I don't know which was worst the flowers or your hired help. The chocolate covered strawberries and cheesecake was good. This happened 2/16 at 1:30.

Paid for express delivery. They don’t deliver then they have the audacity to tell me if I want it I need to come get it. Save your money do it your self

Placed an on-line order on Feb 8 for delivery Feb 14, 2023 to a work address. Called the store in Dover, DE before placing the order to ask about delivery times because my wife was leaving at 12:00. The lady said to put the time in the comments and it will be fine. It is now 2:45, just called and still no delivery! Never ordering from here again... Called them back at 4:15, order still not delivered. Cancelled my order, thanks for nothing Edible Arrangements.

Nothing but (5) ?? ? ? ? I've ordered from them a couple times and I'm very pleased with this business. The first time I ordered online, I had issues using my credit card. I tried 2 different ones and for some reason it would not process my order. I decided to physically go to the store and purchase my items. I loved the atmosphere of the store and how it smelled so sweet. Everything looked so good and was so elegantly displayed. The lady who came out to assist me was very helpful and professional. I let here know of my situation and she gave me a couple of option. She stated how I could order with her; however, it would cost more. She advise we work together to try and figure out the online process. She walked me through the ordering process and for some reason it worked at the store but not while I was at home. She was very apologetic about the situation eventhough it had nothing to do with her. After this success, she was so kind and offered me two covered strawberries. The strawberries were sooo good. Of the few purchases I've made, of which were birthday gifts to my God-children, I now know what sweet treats they've received.I was truly pleased with just 2 ? ?strawberries.I truly recommend Edible Arrangements as a gift or just to yourself.

I had to share how amazing the flowers were that my husband ordered with my edible arrangement for my birthday. They were delivered in a box that is designed to keep them safe and they were perfect when they arrived. I put a small amount of water in the vase they came with while I was at work then took them home. We had a trip to the Poconos the next day and I didn't want to leave them so I emptied the vase and repacked them in the box.We arrived after a 4 hour drive and they survived the trip with no issue. I was able to have them at our rental for the 3 days we were there and they still looked fresh.When it was time to go home, I packed them in the box again and after the 3 hour drive home they still looked great. I refilled the vase, cut the stems again and set them on the counter.It has been 2 weeks, I change the water every few days and they are still gorgeous and healthy. The box they came in and the quality of the flowers has truly made a difference in me being able to cart them around and keep them alive. Thank you for such a wonderful job!!

Presentation was nice, flowers were beautiful but the fruit was very hard and bitter unfortunately it went to waste. Not as enjoyable as others we’ve tried.

Very disappointing experience this time from Edible arrangements. I always purchase from you all for holidays and birthdays but this time the surprise for my husband’s Father’s Day gift was ruined.Employee called the day before Father’s Day notifying my husband there is a delivery for him. Only one attempt was made to reach me (the purchasing customer) about an issue with delivery. I’m very upset they did not atleast wait until the day of Father’s Day to notify my husband that I made this purchase for him. I made sure to include in my purchase that it was for Father’s Day.What was the most upsetting is that when I called to get an understanding about what happened, the employee was rude, cut me off multiple times, and made excuses for her actions. No apologies were given, and I was told they are too busy to wait until Father’s to make the phone call. I paid for a service and if you’re too busy to complete such service professionally, please make me aware before taking my money. I asked for a manager and she refused to let me speak to one.
