Beware they no longer take payments from Capital One. You must have some other form of payment. When asking for a refund, they will tell you that it is a month to month coverage even if you have the contract that says so many miles or so many months. i’ve never used this coverage. Should be entitled to something even if it is prorated. guess I will have to take legal action.

Shawn Carter was great and professional. The most valuable thing for me was how patient he was with me while I was getting tires on my car. He explained everything more than once and offered extended customer service if needed.

I was mostly impressed with the last gentleman I spoke with It was the one we signed up with. The reason I'm impressed with Empire and personnel it's because they did not pressure us but they were willing to answer so many questions and sometimes more than once. I'm definitely going to recommend you guys. Great coverage for a great deal for two senior citizens in their '80s.
