I highly recommend going with them when shopping for auto coverage. We never know when our cars will break down but when they do, it is nice to have a company that is ready to help you out by your side. They are knowledge and speedy with processing your claim, which in those situations it is what you should hope for!

So I signed up for a policy as the sales person said it was full coverage after running my vin number…. It’s 137.00 per month and I hope to have everything in writing because it looks like in the reviews the company’s great until you get a breakdown. Are there any clients that had a successful claim process?I may have to cancel and go with Car Shield ?️ bc the scam feeling seems too real.

I purchased this warranty last September. needless to say it has done me "No" good. I made all my payments & felt that this warrant would be there if I needed it. last week I took my BMW X5 to a reputable mechanic that specializes in German vehicles. I found out that I had a blown head-gasket. Knowing I had the (valued) coverage plan, I was under the impression, the issue was something that could be fixed through this "warranty".I got a call from the mechanic, he explained, that the warranty co. would (Not) be covering the Gasket, due to my vehicle is over the 150,000 miles & I haven't drive it the required 1000miles.(I drove it over 700), due to it not being my daily driver & not knowing it had to be driven a 1000miles before any concideration of a claim could be approved.I was incredably frustrated to say the least. So I canceled this so-called warranty. After monthly payments of over $1,000 I'm out of that money (Not) well spent on this warranty company. Also was told I would have to pay out of pocket to get the head gasket repaired.I was extorted for a warranty that gave "Zero" peice of mind & ended up being a complete nightmare. My mechanic added... for you to have to pay out of your own pocket, consider what that will cost you while still make payments to a warranty company. Oxymoron!NOTHING is worse than paying for something & {literally}, getting NOTHING OUT IT. Thats why America calls it...Legalized Extortion. Make no mistake about it, this company only cares about how much money they can collect.

The worst scam ever!! I'm updating the process with empire auto as i got scammed and misled with zero value coverage for $137 per month. They misled with all information thru phone calls and was duped with zero coverage of any value. The owner commented 1 month ago that they refunded me with whatever i paid for 3 months i.e. $411.Despite promises of a refund , not a single penny has been returned to me. I can simply say now that they try to cover up google reviews with some fake response just for other people to see that they are a genuine company who take care of their costumers. But, they are simply the worst company i ever dealt with. with just 10 minutes of phone calls with clever and cunning salesman, they made a profit of $411, in my case. for other people, its more or less. I already filed complaints with the evidence i got and waiting for a response. even with genuine review like myself, people still fall into their traps. Please do your due diligence if you don't to waste your money people!

I signed up for the Titanium plan on 2/1/2024 after purchasing a 2013 BMW with almost 102,000 miles on 1/29/2023. I was told multiple times that I have the Titanium plan and best coverage possible. I called back several times for clarification and each time I was told that I have the Titanium plan and that everything is covered. The reason I kept calling to get clarification is because the policy booklet that came in the mail said I had a "Repair assist and maintenance" plan and looked nothing like what the Titanium plan outlined on their website. However, each time I called empire auto protect to clarify my coverage, they told me "Repair assist and maintenance" is just the name that the plan goes by in my state, and they once again assured me that I had the best coverage possible. The policy booklet I received in the mail did not provide any details about my coverage and they repeatedly avoided sending me anything in writing that detailed my coverage. These calls were all recorded, the most recent ones being 2/28/24 and 3/13/24.On 3/15/2024, I brought my car into the dealership because the check engine light came on and the fan was running loud. This was well after the 30-day waiting period and well past 1000 miles. A few days later, the service advisor called and told me the reason for the check engine light was a faulty thermostat. The service advisor also told me that empire auto protect was only going to cover $500 of the repair. The thermostat alone was $1180 plus another $300 for a cooling system cleaning the dealership said needed to be done with the thermostat replacement. "Cooling system" is clearly outlined as a covered component of the car in the Titanium plan, and the thermostat is also a part of the cooling system. I'm paying $87 a month for the "Titanium plan". Why in the world would someone pay $87 a month, to only end up being covered for $500 for a claim when something goes wrong with their car?The service advisor at the dealership also said empire auto protect was not going to get me a rental car (yet "rental car" is clearly outlined in the plan) so I've been having to scramble to find rides to and from work. What makes this all worse is that when I called empire auto protect to try sorting things out, the man who answered the phone said I had to speak to a claims administrator, and he gave me a number to call. But the number he gave me was the exact same number I had just called, and he was the person who answered the phone when I dialed the number. I explained this to him and told him I had just called the number and that he was the one who answered when I called the number... then he hung up on me. I called back right after, and I tried calling back multiple times throughout the day and the phone either kept ringing endlessly or forwarded straight to voicemail, and the voicemail mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. Not even Jason (the person who sold me the policy in February) will answer his phone, and everything keeps going to voicemail. Whereas when I first signed up, they would always answer the phone. Now I'm stuck with my car at the dealership along with a $1500 bill that they will only cover $500 of. The most frustrating part about all of this is how they assured me on several different occasions that I had the Titanium plan and that everything on my vehicle was fully covered. They kept telling me I have the "best plan". I never signed up for anything saying only $500 would be covered in the event of a mechanical issue nor did they present the coverage to be anything like what they are now saying it is.Imagine if I had paid $87 a month for an entire year before my car needed any repairs. That's over $1000 I would have paid, and empire auto protect would only cover $500 worth of the repairs needed. On top of everything else I just wrote, their customer service is non-existent when something goes wrong and you actually need them. They leave you completely on your own after promising and ensuring you th

I purchased the superior 75 auto protection warranty policy in June 2023 with Empire Auto Protect I tried to make a claim through their partner company Direct Protection Warranty which denied the claim due to inconsistency mileage. They stated that Empire recorded the mileage inconsistency and denied the claim twice. I provided the auto protection warranty policy booklet with what have. I contacted Direct Protection Warranty several times as they continued to give me the run around. Again I had been paying for this policy for 8 months. Both companies keep blaming the other company. I then decided to cancel the policy in Mar 2024 and was told I would receive a refund for the full amount as I was paying on a policy that I would never be able to use which I recorded. I called back a week ago and the representative said it was being processed. I called back today and another representative stated that no refund would be issued but the policy was cancelled. I explained to him that this is a horrible way to treat consumers. I paid my money for a policy that could never be used. they was told that I would be refunded my money and now its a different story. This company is horrible do not spend your Money with them.20Mar2024- to your response below (the owner of Empire Auto Protect) Please provide a contact person and number and I would be happy to give them a call. But Im sure you will not because this is how they do consumers and steal their Money Google doesn't allow you to add an additional response to there reply.

I just signed up with Eric.I’m in sales and I critique sales people for a living and Erick was straight to the point and answered any and all of my questions without sounding like he was reading a script.I had called a few other places and after doing some research and due diligence I found Empire was worth trying. Granted,I haven't had any claims yet and my vehicle is running perfectly but I like to cover my bases and be able to sleep at night so “if” or “when” I do make my first claim I will certainly post all results and if positive I will make sure that my massive network of contacts and car enthusiasts is aware of this company and it’s services which will in turn gain Empire at least another 50 plus customers. No, I’m not kidding. I’m looking forward to this journey.UPDATE: DO NOT SIGN WITH THESE GUYS THEM AND THE COMPANY THEY WORK WITH - MOTOASSURED ARE BEING INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUD AND HAVE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT COMING! THEY DO NOT FIX YOUR VEHICLES AND THE REVIEWS THAT TELL YOU OTHERWISE ARE FAKE! WARNING: FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!And then the “owner” replies that I did not get the right coverage! It’s on a recorded call that said I want the best coverage and my concerns with my vehicle ERIC said it was covered! On a recorded phone call! Wow come up with a better excuse that’s the 3rd reason I’ve heard from you me fraud of a company! Do not use this company! They will rob you! They will not be open long I promise!

Dan was the most patient and helpful agent that I have ever experienced. If only all such experiences could be so wonderful. They should promote him and give him a raise because he's the reason that I will recommend empire to everyone I know. Simply put, Dan was just great!!

I was so misled. I bought an extended warranty plan for my car. When the contract arrived I discovered the plan only covers 50% if my car needs a repair.
