Family Dollar is a clean and well-stocked store with friendly and professional staff. Customers appreciate the pleasant service and affordable prices, especially on items like hair color and deodorant. However, some issues include outdated coupon policies that do not accept certain discounts and the need to write prices manually. Overall, the store provides a positive shopping experience with helpful employees, though customers should be aware of coupon and pricing policies for a smoother visit.
