(He lives with me) so before someone twists this and says they couldn’t get a family member in we have been in the same house for years. He needed to make a switch to a local doctor’s office and I felt confident that he would receive the care he needs and deserves with this practice. I myself have an HMO plan that requires me to see my pcp prior to a specialist and I need a referral. I have not had a single issue getting an appointment, a referral, a refill, etc. I even received a phone call on a Sunday for my father in law, he had not even been seen by their practice yet! These days that is unheard of! Have some grace, everyone is doing their best and you never know what someone else might be going through. I trust them with myself and now my family.”
