“I have been a patient of Southside for 20 years, as of 2023. Dr. Horn is a wonderful diagnostician with a very pleasant and respectful "bedside manner". While some staff members have been there for many years, there have also been a number who have since retired or moved on, as is to be expected. Everyone has always been gracious, professional, and courteous to me whenever I have called or had an appointment. As I have always reminded my students, respect is a two-way street, and we never know what personal issues someone is dealing with. So if there happens to be a day when an office employee doesn't seem as friendly or accommodating as we think they should be, there is no reason to take this personally and certainly no reason to dismiss or cast aspersion on the entire practice. Hes the only doctor that I have ever seen that takes the time to speak to you without ever rushing your appointment. Hes very kind and easy going and really will take the time to explain everything to you in detail. I never leave unsatisfied. Dr Fords office great job and a great pick for your facility.”
