The owner Mike took excellent care of my needs. They have a plethora of medical equipment for all different patient requirements. The customer service went above and beyond and i would highly recommend them to family and friends.

The owner Mike is the most helpful & professional person I’ve ever dealt with. He and his staff are also very friendly & very helpful with all your needs. They even go out of their way to get most of the medical equipment covered by your insurance so I didn’t have to pay as much out of pocket plus they can deliver to your house too! I highly recommend them for any medical supply & equipment needs!

Although the hours on the Web said they were open, when I arrived at 9:19am they were closed. The hours one of the doors said hours are 9-5. On the opposite door a "Will return" sign with an analog clock was set at 9:30. I waited until 9:46 and headed to a competitor's business.

Can't say enough good things about my experience at First State DME and Mike. First we drove from Wilmington Delaware which is about 40 min to hour drive they weren't busy. We walked in to a clean store and was greeted by Mike and he explained the different electric wheelchairs he is super knowledgeable and friendly and made it a pleasant experience. My fiance is in love with her new wheelchair. If your in Delaware and need and electric wheelchair head to First State DME and if your not looking to buy they also rent wheelchairs and scooters.

I am beyond happy with First State DME. They went above and beyond in helping me. They communicated with me every step of the way and were able to fix the problem when other companies couldn't. The quality and safety of the care I give is greatly improved because of their help and I can't thank them enough.
