Horrible customer service. They have sold us some crappy thca bud that would not light. We had called them up and his wife was being a rude the whole time, so we go inside and right off the rip mike gets up in our faces saying we was being disrespectful. Long story short he got his jaw knocked loose. Would not recommend at all. They don't stand behind they're product and they don't care about ripping you off

The 2 women were very very nice and very knowlegablethey let me try the flavors B4 I BOUGHT... TRY B4 YOU BUY ,- DAVE G (From NY) no stores VAPE STORES down here in SUSX COUNTY will let you do that....I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS STORE!!!

I gave a super specific but partial review.Two stars might've changed the overall community rating.I think they deserve the money they are owed.Matterfact, I'm about to work here just to prove my point. I'm calling for my W2's and I didn't even clock in yet.ANYWAY, This is the first smoke shop to be built in Dover, at least I think that's how it went some odd years ago.Service absolutely excellent, each and every time. I def do not recommend this rip off place. The thc cartridges I bought there leaked and I just let it go since I did not find out until hours after leaving the store. Yesterday I bought a cart and opened it within 5 minutes of leaving and it was only half full and was leaking badly. I immediately went back in to the store to get a replacement. Why would anyone spend $25 on a half full leaking cart and not be compensated. I did not come back in going off or super angry because I thought that I would be compensated. I was then told by Mike that I tampered with it and that there is a sign by the register that states open product in the store. Well if I mentioned to the sales girl that I had bought previous carts that leaked maybe she should mentioned opening it first because with all the other things on the counter I never noticed the sign which is on the other end of the register. Mike was extremely rude and told me to leave the store. He had an attitude about it before I even got my words out. I told him they should stand behind the product. I understand that they don't make it there but they should stand behind what they sell and not accuse people of actually leaving and altering the product. The store was closing and I expressed the fact that I do not currently have a vehicle and had to walk back across the highway to resolve the issue.. Mike proceeded to insult me to say "Well I have money and I have a car" Wow to me he is a horrible business owner. This place is a joke and reading the other reviews I see I am not the only one that has been ripped off and insulted. Never have I ever bought faulty product and accused of tampering with it and not compensated and to me that alone is bad business. I will be contacting the BBB just because of the way he treated me and am assuming he gets away with that. Terrible!!!
