Horrible company. They have been a disaster to deal with. Avoid at all costs.

An unsatisfactory experience on delivery and installation of appliances. Delivery time missed. Lead person on delivery was difficult to work with. He did damage and hid this. On discussion, he was dishonest and rude.

These people are rude, ignorant and stupid. The whole lot of them need to be fired. Don't purchase appliances from JC Penney because this is the company they use. They lie, are lazy and just plain stupid and ignorant.
