I don’t bank at FSNB. After, the CSR I came across today as I exited Walmart in Dover, De on Jerome Dr, I’ll probably never bank there. I’ve been in Banking myself for 16 years. So, when I come across a bank associate I smile because i started from a teller all the way to ranking. Customer service plays a huge part in all fields. This is why the situation was so touching. As normal procedure exiting Walmart, I had my receipt out with attempts to hand it to the female sitting by the exiting door. She kept her head turned to the left with an attitude. I said, “oh, you don’t need to see the receipt?” In reply, she rolled her eyes and said, “I don’t work for Walmart.” I jokingly said oh cause you’re sitting in the seat. With an attitude, she says it’s a company seat!
I had my two young girls with me, but I really wanted to say, “since it’s your company seat, do your company job instead of conversing with security on company time.” However, I held my composure. Moral of the story is don’t be a smart mouth. I actually gave you open opportunity to start a conversation with me regarding banking. Her reply could’ve a simple transition such as, “I might be the who checks receipts. However, blah blah blah and let me know how your company service could benefit me or the benefit I could’ve had if I used your debit etc. The point is, you could’ve turned a situation into a positive experience. Please, hire more pleasant people.

Busy when we arrived, but the teller acknowledged us, and service was great, the manger stuck her head out the office to speak. Great bank.

I wouldn’t bank here.. I had fraudulent charges on my card.. I was gave a run around about disputing it and so far it’s been a month and the money still hasn’t been replaced..

Student checking account free as long as you meet the requirements . I mean what bank has yet been free !!!! Best thing that could ever happend . Team FSNB ♥️ Oh & only a $75.00 minimum for a savings account YESSSS !!!
