I would watch the people there in Dec 2022 people were being rude to me and my grandmother over returning a game cause I bought a ps5 game by accident cause the one dude gave me the wrong one for ps4 instead but we told someone and got my game

Come here once or twice a month, new employee behind the counter every time who are always happy to help or chat about games. Happy to see older console games showing up on the shelves again.

beyond awful and unhelpful employees. they do not understand video games. they will make you wait hours for trade in because they are too lazy to do the work. then they will give you less then what is stated you will get! worst experience i’ve had in awhile. will drive an extra 15 mins to go to the better gamestop from now on only because the employees are slightly better. do not waste money here worst gamestop ever!

This GameStop has the nicest and most friendly staff of any GameStop I've ever been to and that is a ton. Good people here. Their selection is fairly decent and if you are Pro member you can get some solid discounts. Store is clean, organized and there is room to navigate. Great option for games and collectibles in the mid-Delaware region.

Nice little store. The only thing i could really say is that every time I have been in this store, I have never been greeted. That's not even really an issue with me, but some people like it, and it may entice someone a bit more to purchase something

They didn't have the game that I was looking for new or used. I also expect the used game far less than the new one. $5 less big whoop

Disappointing. Since when does Ps3 games have anything to do with covid and why you don't carry any games for ps3's. ? And then suggest we go over an hour away for them. Really disappointing.
