Boscovs is the best store in the mall. Spencer's is a good store there, too. Sarku is the best restaroaunt there. I lived in Dover for years, and I have never eaten there until a recent trip back. I am very glad that I did. I had the chicken teriyaki with vegetables , fried dumplings,and a very fresh made to order spicy tuna roll.The food was affordable,excellent, and plentiful . I am a happy customer and will certainly not miss going there the next time that I am in town.

The mall is very bad and small, and I do not recommend it in August. It is an hour away and much better than it, and there are stores close to it. The mall is very small.

This place is getting sad. While Boscovs is still awesome and there are still decent clothing stores available, so much keeps getting closed down. Food Court feels like it's missing some of its best venues too these days.

The Dover Mall is wonderful. It’s almost a lot like our mall. But with new stores around like GameStop, Forever21, JCPenny, etc… This is one of the greatest malls I’ve ever been to!

I enjoyed that my favorite stores were close by and the parking lot was convenient, I didn’t have to walk far to get to any stores.
