“I have been to over 50 OrangeTheory studios, and the Dover location is one of the best. I recently visited while on a recent trip and celebrated my 400/401 class milestones with the OTF Dover Crew. Not only does it have my favorite configuration (one large room), but the staff was wonderful. Jennifer, the Studio Manager, was super-communicative, warm, and welcoming. Coach Brandon was top-notch. If you have been thinking about trying it out and are in the area, you will not be disappointed.”
“I love this gym/studio! The staff is fantastic and knowledgeable. I have some shoulder issues and they are working with me so I don't make them any worse. So far it's working. David makes sure my form is correct and pushs me to do the reps I need to do to build strength! They have a great pilates studio as well! Highly recommend Forever Fit!”

I walked in and TJ gave me a full tour of the place and we had a cool conversation. Equipment looks 10/10 and the atmosphere is amazing and I didn’t even start yet I just signed up today. “Really nice gym, lots of equipment including punching bag and free weights. Nice pools too, with sauna and climbing wall over the water. Little bit pricey at $105 a month for 2 adults. Be nice if they had a gym only pass for cheaper.”

“Plenty of equipment so it never seems too crowded. The classes are fun. The available sauna and shower facilities are great when you've finished. Saturday and Sunday opening time at 0700 is a bummer. I wish it opened an hour earlier. There is childcare and tanning available should you need those services”

“I haven’t been there in a few years, but when I did go the coaches were amazing! I immediately felt like family, the workouts were difficult but always pushed me to be better. I haven’t been in as great of shape as I was when I attended CrossFit Dover, wish I could go back! If you’re hesitating to join, just stop hesitating and GO!”
