Property desperately needs to be updated. My room, as a diamond member, was very run down - entry door was damaged, deadbolt broken, chair was stained, toilet seat very loose Eliptical in gym didn't work/turn on. Not even close to Hampton standards.

Easy off and Easy on from the highway. Quiet area. Plenty of restaurants and shopping.Walkability: Outback steak house, Sam's Club and a multiple other stores are nearby.

Quiet and Comfortable. Could use a bit more attention to detail for cleaning. Lots of hotels are moving to hard surfaces for the floors, this property could follow along when it's time for an update. A/C unit was VERY LOUD.

The location was convenient, rooms were nice and clean, and breakfast was nice and ready in the morning. The only issue was that we didn't have a room key because the previous people didn't "check out," leading to us not getting a key for the room. Then at 11:30pm, the front desk called us saying that we could now get a key. It was just so annoying to get a call that late at night. Also, we could hear other people getting called, and some weren't happy. So overall, the hotel wasn't bad, but they need to fix a couple things so that they're system flows better.

Not sure what is wrong with this location but I accidentally booked a mobility room and when I called them to change it to a normal room they refused to do it and told me that I needed to cancel my current reservation and rebook it. Even though it was the same price. I have never seen this at other hotels.

Going to an event checked in after event went to room 15 mins got a emergency call had to leave when I went to check out the clerk said she could not check me out the manager had to do it the next day the manager calls Kevin is his name says I can't get a refund or half off guess you can't help an emergency you would of thought some kind gesture would of been made he was just a little short with me I learned my lesson all Hamptons are not the same

No Microwave in rooms BUT everything else is on POINT. You must try the complimentary breakfast.

Price was way too much for the location. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was the usual Hampton breakfast found at all Hamptons. The breakfast was good one time but you wouldn’t want to eat it every day for an extended stay.

Front desk woman helpful. Nothing else good. Goodbye Hampton Inns!Refrig not cold. Decor awful in room. View of concrete wall. Housekeeper a grinch and unprofessional. Bfast mediocre. A nice pool however.Tonight in a Best Western. COLD refrig, lovely view. Lovely room. Nice windows.Lovely garden and pool and surroundings. Professional staff.Finished w Hampton Inns‼️

Stayed there for three days, never once did the room get cleaned, had to ask for clean towels, never again!!!

I'm here to relax in the pool & hot tub, & NEITHER of them is working! $99 a night, for 3 days of watching tv, that also didn't work ( the entire hotel had to be re-booted, which took 30 minutes). No microwave, & the fridge BARELY gets cold... This hotel USED to be a "go-to" destination...not anymore, for me.
