I scheduled an appointment with Heritage Mazda of Dover for a simple transmission flush. My car has over 250,000 miles, and I made it clear when booking the appointment. They confirmed the appointment and had me drive over an hour just to tell me they didn’t want to work on it because of the mileage.
If that’s the case, they should’ve told me up front instead of wasting my time and gas. It’s frustrating to be treated like your car doesn’t matter just because it has higher mileage — especially when all I wanted was basic maintenance. I expected better communication and professionalism from a Mazda service department.

Don't shop for your car from here.. Horrible customer service. Chris wasnt helpful at all and Kae looked like she wasn't even in this world. Zoned out. Went to ig Burton and they were great. Much better atmosphere

This is the 3rd car ( jeep, CX9 Touring and CX9 Carbon) I have purchased from HERTRICH Capital Mazda. I have not had any issue with the vehicles. The staff at HERTRICH is friendly and very helpful. I want to give a special shout out to my salesman Ameer. This man really cares about his clients. He is courteous, respectful and knowledgable of the Mazda brand. He will follow up with you (when he says he will), he will make himself available for you. I want to recommend HERTRICH if your looking for new/used car and be sure to ask for Ameer.

I was hesitant to go in as our last purchase experience was not the best. However, I decided to stop in and met with Ameer. Although, I ended up not buying a car there (no fault of his, wish he could have sold me what I ended up buying), Ameer's follow up, sales skills customer service were fantastic. He followed up when he said he would and truly cares about what his customer's wants, even if he does not have it. In a world where customer service is going downhill, Hertrich truly has a gem in Ameer. You are lucky to have this young man.
