**The Worst Customer Experience Ever!**Hertrich Chevrolet engages in misleading advertising practices to lure customers into their dealership, only to sell them a car they didn't inquire about. Their business model involves immediately posting traded-in vehicles on their website, regardless of their condition, to generate interest. As a prospective buyer browsing their website, you might see a car you're interested in and decide to visit the dealership to check it out. However, upon arrival, you're informed that the car is unavailable due to ongoing repairs or inspections. Why is a car not ready for sale being advertised on the website? There's no indication that it's "coming soon" or unavailable for inspection.When questioned about this deceptive practice, Hertrich Chevrolet attempts to justify it by comparing it to Apple's iPhone advertising strategy. However, they fail to mention that Apple showcases the new iPhone with an actual release date, unlike Hertrich Chevrolet, which leaves customers in the dark about the availability of the advertised vehicles.This misleading advertising tactic is designed to draw customers into the dealership, where salespeople can pressure them into purchasing a different car. Additionally, calling the dealership and confirming the availability of a specific vehicle only to discover upon arrival that it's unavailable is a waste of time and a frustrating experience for potential buyers.Hertrich Chevrolet should adopt a more transparent and customer-centric approach to advertising. They should only list vehicles that are ready for sale and provide accurate information about their availability. This would prevent customers from wasting time visiting the dealership for cars that are not available and improve the overall customer experience.

THEY DON'T HONOR FACTORY WARRANTY!I purchased a brand new Colorado 2022 from Hertrich in Dover. I noticed when I purchased it that the power steering squeaked. I was told they would fix or replace the part after purchase under factory warranty. I took it back 4 times to get the part fixed or replaced. The service manager just claimed he couldn't hear it even though the salesman and other service representatives could.I took it to IG Burton in Milford. IG Burton fixed the problem right away for no charge because it was under warranty. I'll be going to IG Burton for my service and vehicle purchases from now on.Hertrich will sell you a vehicle and that's it. They won't even perform repairs that are covered under the warranty that Chevrolet pays for.

My granddaughter was driving our Chevy Impala and a warning sign came on the dashboard. She pulled into Hertrich Chevrolet and they run a diagnostic. We were talking the car somewhere else to get fixed( warranty) and they only charged for simple diagnosis 50% less. Thank you very much. You are a good person ?

Worst place ever. Will is very rude and likes to waste your time. I love Chevy. However I really hate Hertrich dealership. First time buying a car they sold me a lemon. Second time went to trade in and my time was very wasted and no one from sales wanted to take the time to meet with me. All sittng down having a great conversation without acknowledging me a potential great customer. If you are African American they WILL judge you.

Hertrich gets 5 stars because they did what 4 other dealers would not do. Negotiate via text and email and not make me sit around in a dealership all day and not make me beg them to take my money. Only spent an hour total in the dealership and that was mostly due to the mandatory onstar demo that nobody wants. GM however gets one star for an incredibly overpriced truck. This is my third Silverado. The last two were LT trim levels. I could have afforded to buy another LT but I simply refused to give GM an additional 7-10K for a trim level upgrade. The Custom trim level I bought is barely above the work truck level on the inside and the truck is still over 50K. Hertich had the lowest MSRP on a Custom Trailboss with a V8 Between NY and Va. Good job to them for that.

I think that their good but I'm almost sure since I've been here my car has gotten worse, I've used them twice and noticed weird stuff happening to my car after but not sure if I'm paranoid or something is wrong, almost sure it's not me tho!But it's never to long to wait for an appointment and they work fairly quick.

I had an appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived early and they checked me in. I sat in the waiting room hoping they would be right on my car and would be finished without too long of a wait. An hour after my appointment time, I went to check and see how far they were on it. My car was still parked in the same spot. They haven't even brought it in yet. They said that they were backed up with other repairs and would get to it soon. An oil change is very simple and doesn't take long at all. They should be able to get it done close to your appointment time. The manager did give me a discount for waiting.

I had the pleasure of meeting James Carter, and he selected the PERFECT VEHICLE. My husband and I had been looking at these Trailblazers for a couple of years...but it's exactly what we need, and the process was smooth, wonderfully attentive and we couldn't be happier!! James was above and beyond nice and very polite and respectful.

I am blown away by the way the staff at this dealership works! They are AWESOME and truly amazing. Back in January my fiancé and I were looking for a Tahoe, well Bill and his sales team helped us secure a certified pre owned 2020 GMC Yukon with an amazing payment.Fast forward to today, my husband and i came back to this dealership after looking at one in MD, and ended up leaving with a certified pre owned 2017 Ford F150. Davon helped us today and did above and beyond!! His sales team were absolutely phenomenal and truly do go to bat for their customersTOP NOTCH!! Would recommend anyday!

I came in and worked with Devon Braune. He was amazing from the start. Straight forward, helpful, informative and concerned. He took his time and made sure my husband and I were comfortable. He was quick and efficient unlike other sales people who want to take up all of your time. My family and I were really in a bind and the team here really helped us out. I definitely recommend coming here to purchase a vehicle and please go to Devon! You won't regret it. He is super friendly with a contagious smile and personality.
