Do not waste your time! I went in for a test drive and they swindled me into signing paper work to run my credit after I mentioned to them multiple times that I was outside financing with a credit union when all i wanted was to test drive a car. They had my credit ran over 6 times without my authorization. Now that they ruined my credit i'm no longer able to go through with my outside lending and now i'm left in a position to work a deal out with them or go home with a damaged credit score. I then met with the GM Jason to get a no fault letter to take the hard inquiries off my credit report and i was met with laugher. nothing but unprofessionalism from this dealership. My experience was horrible and they are untrustworthy people to work with. I will be contacting the better business bureau to resolve this matter! It's a complete shame it went this far. This puts a bad look on the Hertrich name.

The worst customer service ever. I had an appointment on Tuesday, but I went there on Monday because my tire got puncture . I asked I can’t drive can you please replace my tire today instead of Tuesday. The lady there told sorry I can’t do as we are booked. I begged her I just have one car and I have to pick n drop my kids from school please help me. She is such a heartless person I have ever seen. The best part listen what she told meTRY TO PUT AIR AGAIN N AGAIN AND COME BACK TOMORROW THEN WE WILL TAKE YOU. OH MY GOD..if they can’t help people in emergency then there is no use of service center. I m so shocked I can’t believe this service center is so bad. I m going to put this on Facebook too.

Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. An acquaintance referred me to the general manager, Jason Pendergast and he was extremely helpful. Patrick Williams was my salesperson and was helpful and friendly. I felt no pressure to buy and they had just the vehicle I was looking for. I am very pleased with my new car. While having an appointment for 1pm, my other activities were completed by 11pm, and so a visited Hertrich Nisan to see if they could fit me in for my 5K service of my Rogue. Indeed they were able to fit me in and I was finished in less than 1 hour. Special thanks to the Service Manager (sorry, don't recall his name) and Isaiah Cox who help manage my changed appointment time. Very satisfied!

The manager was friendly and appeared knowledgeable . The scheduled work was done well ( vehicle is running great) . Also the techs noticed additional maintenance items after reviewing vehicle and notified me if their findings . I approved the work. My vehicle was ready at the scheduled time .

As always, I had a very great experience. Scheduling the appointment online was fast and simple; I did not have to wait to be seen: staff were incredibly professional, pleasant, and helpful; and communication throughout the process was timely and seamless. Along with all of these things, I appreciate that they are always transparent and do not try to perform seemingly unnecessary tasks in order to make more money. Very highly recommended!

Chris was amazing definitely worked with us!! Got us the best deal and taught us how to use the features of the car. Funny felt like we've known him for years. If I ever get a new car again I will be back going back to them!!

I was greeted upon my arrival as soon as I arrived. I didn’t feel pressured by my advisor to get extra services although he advised what services I need that were important he was very professional and gave me options pros and cons. Overall I had a pleasant experience they even washed my car the other dealership never did that before.

My battery died in my Nissan Rogue, and I had to have my car towed to the dealership. The service department fit me in under an hour of arriving. Not only that, the washed my car as well. Excellent customer service!!

I have a 2019 Nissan Altima. Occasionally, I have had to swing into the service department for one reason or another since I initially purchased my car in 2019. Each time, the staff have been friendly and the Service Manager Thomas Wanstall has always been helpful. Recently, I could not get the hood of my Altima to open. He took the time to work on it and was able to resolve the issue and explain to me what had happened without me having to make an appointment to come back. Thank you.

I had a great experience at Hertrich Nissan! The sales team was knowledgeable and patient, and the finance process was easy. They even offer great deals for military members, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, making the whole experience stress-free.
