Not helpful, had a product on display, it is not available in any Home Depot.
When I tried to inquire. I was put on endless hold to eventually be hung up on. Several times.
The customer service is so poor at this store. I will never shop there again

I ordered a new refrigerator, a new oven, a new microwave and a new dishwasher for delivery. The delivery was scheduled for first thing on a Saturday morning (07.00-12.30 window) and there was no delivery attempted that day and they had no way to contact the delivery center to find out what happened but shared none of the deliveries on the route were made and the delivery company wouldn’t answer the phone. Home Depot rescheduled for a Thursday a week later (2.20-6.30pm window) and promised 100% it would be delivered… I called to confirm the night before and was promised it would deliver, 100% was the phrase used… guess what. No delivery attempted on Thursday, and guess what else… the help line cannot reach the delivery company. The solution, we are happy to reschedule, but it has to be with the company that doesn’t deliver and doesn’t answer the phone.
If you are in Dover, do not use Home Depot for appliances. It’s a total dead end.
I’m out several days of income from this Airbnb property as I waited for delivery that’s doesn’t happen.
The people on the help line seem very nice and friendly but are incapable/not empowered to provide any actual assistance.

Just pulled up at 7pm and they were closed... They're listed to stay open till 8:00 maybe the people decided they wanted to get off early today. Lowes here I come

Pretty much everything you'd go to the store to buy is locked up in cages and this store requires you to go seek out an employee [that's never nearby or available] and have the item unlocked and walked to the register which you need to pay for on the spot, like forget if you have more shopping to do.
Staff know nothing about home improvement and if you're disabled and have trouble with anything due to your impairment expect this store's staff to just watch you from afar -- you'll need to gesticulate or yell for help because this Home Depot's work ethic or higher-level training in customer service apparently got locked up and lost it's own sales chaperone too.

I bought my daughter a 650.00 dishwasher from Home Depot. In less than a month it broke. We called Home Depot for some help and our response was oh we can't do anything after 48 hours of the purchase but you can buy a warranty from us. Wait what?? You refused to help us but want us to spend more money? No. Sorry. They should be held accountable and responsible for the products they carry. They can care less about the customer. Terrible and we will NEVER spend another cent in Home Depot ever again. If I could give them a 0 I would.

The person who works in returns is very arrogant and rude… Home Depot need to train their staff more on how to treat customers… Not only with me… he also did it with another customer!

Terrible customer service. Won't take back returns from Dewalt. They said I need to contact them directly. I took it to the Lewes store and no questions asked. Second time they did this to me. Not going back to that store.

Drive up very slow
I waited an hour for my order. So I left and called then and canceled the order. I told them then, and they just said ok.
