Another fantastic Home2 suites. There was plenty of good food to be had for breakfast and they had bananas, pears, and apples for snacking. I always love the coffee every morning. Usually by 6:00 a.m. I am down in the main area filling my cup. It is delicious! Everyone there was helpful and courteous and excellent parking and location in town. Two thumbs up!

Breakfast was disgusting the bacon was so thin you can see through it. All of the food was poorly cooked.TVs frequently do not work and if you ask for a late checkout you're only going to get 30 minutes extra. Rude hotel staff as well. I used to frequent here but I would never come back here again.

Based on my check-in, this property either didn’t clean or didn’t inspect the room before assigning it. Our room door was open on arrival, and we found dried blood in the bathroom, including on the shower curtain. Blood is a biohazard and potentially infectious

I am very unhappy and disgusted i did contact front desk about my stay and let them know there was raw chicken left unwrapped in fridge other meats left unwrapped the room was not clean. Due to the hotel being sold out. It looks as this room had someone staying in it. And we paid way over $300.00 for a room that was not cleaned throughly the fridge was full of someone else’s belongings and food there was trash left where the coffee cups where at. I did asked for a manager and some kind of compensation i was refunded 61.00. Joshua messaged me back and said that he thinks my room was not supposed to be a sellable room. Waiting for a manager to call me back

I have stayed at Home2 Suites Hilton in Dover multiple times for work, but my most recent experience was very disappointing. At check-in, the front desk staff member (Monique) asked to see my credit card and implied possible fraud, despite the fact that my company had already paid for my stay and I only needed to provide a card for incidentals. When I explained that I had stayed here many times before, she claimed she had never seen me and accused me of being rude when I tried to clarify.
This interaction felt unprofessional and out of line for someone working in hospitality. In addition, I requested a room on the 3rd or 4th floor but was placed on the 2nd floor, which was noisy all night. When I asked to speak with a manager, she told me she was the front desk manager, then later said the manager (Nancy) was not available.
Overall, the behavior and attitude of the staff during this visit did not reflect the level of service I expect from Hilton.

Good spot for a couple nights. The employees were letting friends/family in the pool so it was a bit crowded with 5 extra kids splashing around in the small pool. Other than that it was good.

Amazing hotel that feels like a home away from home. Has everything you need to settle in, cook and relax. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of options. Pool is naturally salt cleaned without chlorine is a huge plus. Exercise room was well equipped.

Accommodation is fine but the staff could be more attentive to guests' requests.
On another trip here and the staff are much more attentive. Good improvement.
