The only reason I didn't check out n go to another place bc it was on the company dime. Place is 2 steps above place that be on The Wire. Felt like hidden camera where in the wall, place gave me the creeps.

4 stars because the room (after the third try) was really nice! Clean, comfortable, so spacious with all the amenities. No complaints except the pillows were super soft/squshy and not to our preference. I had to fold it in half - but that's everyones personal preference. We were even able to use our Netflix on the TV.However, the first room they gave us, the door didn't lock! We were quite surprised they didn't know that? So we brought our bags back out and back to the desk ad then they moved us to a room next door and not only did that room also not lock, the door barely would even close. Back and forth with our bags each time. Third time, they gave us a room where the door actually shut and locked.The room was right by the "game room" which was closed for renovations. Other things in the hotel said "out of order" and your an tell some maintenance definitely was needed.The breakfast, while looks pretty great, had really no options for vegan/plant based. Would be SO SIMPLE to just have some non-diary milk (soy, almond, oat, anything!) for the cereal or granola. There was packets of oatmeal, but when we added the "hot water", it was lukewarm.

One, if not the best hotels ?️ I've been in my travels! Great, clean rooms that were like mini-apartments. Wonderful staff and amenities. I will definitely be back.

Nice rooms, good service. Probably the only complaint is a noisy A/C unit in a room.

I called to cancel my room due to emergency front desk staff informed me they won’t charge for cancellation however that was not the case. When I seen the charges on my card the manager tells me she didn’t approve the cancellation therefore I was charged. I told her the situation and told her what her staff informed me she stated she will speak to general manager and email me well that never happened she didn’t even tell the general manager because I called the next week due to not hearing from her. If I would have never called she would have never contacted me to tell me anything that’s how I knew she was lieing. This place does not follow through with their word or relay information to other staff members or general manager. Stay away from this place.

Fancy hotel, no. Spacious room that gets us close to DE Turf? Absolutely. When we travel for the sportsball games, I try to book a hotel that allows the teen athlete to sleep in a separate space, ideally there’s a separate bedroom with a door. (Apparently it’s a meme that the kid is stuck in a room with their parent, not sleeping before playing games that matter.) The one bedroom suite was affordable here! It was a huge room, with lots of kitchen supplies if you happen to need that.I appreciated that a complete set of bedding with pillows was already there in the room to make the sofa into a bed with ease. We didn’t actually open the sofa because it was comfortable & decently sized as it was.

I went there for a dinner meeting and was pleasantly surprised by the decor. Of the lobby and waiting area. I didn't get to see how the dining area was set up because after we finished our discussion they took us to the dining area and it was already broken down. I don't blame that on the hotel, I'm sure it's has more to do with the corporation that organized this event.

Great place for a pit stop.A little more pricey than we thought it would be.The rooms were clean and well-kept.The bathroom in our room was clean, but the soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were empty.The ice maker on our floor stopped making ice.The indoor pool was clean and empty! Just the way we like it!The hotel staff was more than perfect! They went above and beyond to service me.He knows who he is!!!I recommend the hotel......

The good: wonderful front desk worker (I'm terrible with names - sorry). super clean and functional rooms. great climate control. good enough free hotel breakfast. overall, a clean hotel.The bad: check-in is as early as 3pm. We didn't get our room till 4:35. was told the staff had to have a meeting before working on turning over the rooms. I had to be somewhere at 5 so I had to rush once I got into the room.Walkability: Not a whole lot to walk to.

Close to downtown. Gym, pool, breakfast, small store, indoor and outdoor seating. Full rooms with couch, desk and kitchenette. No odd odors in the rooms and everything seemed to be in good condition and clean. Bathroom was a bit cramped and hallways were very hot and humid. Beds, towels and pillows were above average for a hotel. Had a problem with the TV and a guy came up immediately.

Pool closed, ughh running into this a lot and I book at places with pools to use them, never any exception in our hotel fee for not being able to use it. But we like the rooms little kitchenette. Room was clean enough and comfortable. A good price.

As soon as we walked in the building you can smell mildew! Horrible! Good thing was it was not in our room, but every public area was affected. The elevators were like mildew chambers. I love Hiltons most of the time, especially Home2Suites as the rooms are so spacious. This however was a game changer, will be upgrading, maybe to Hyatt! Makes me sad as I love Hilton Hotels!

Horrible service and management!I was TRIPLE charged for my one night stay. I've been trying to get this corrected for a week but the General Manager has never returned a call and the front desk is at a loss of how to fix the issue.The room was nice enough, we checked in later in the evening and discovered the toilet was broken. The hotel was sold out so I was told maintenance would be by within an hour to fix it, I waited over an hour and when I called to enquire "maintenance had gone home for the day, they will come by in the morning" they offered the lobby toilet as an alternative, mind you I was traveling with a small child on a higher level floor. They only sent someone when I called a third time in the mid morning to ask why they still had not arrived, apparently night staff had not relayed the information.Honestly I recommend avoiding this place like the plague. Hilton should be ashamed to have such a poorly run facility under its branding.

Average experience for this limited service hotel.Staff, when available, were friendly and breakfast offering was good. Rooms were tidy.Pool not open, no keyless entry provided even when I asked and was told they can't release it.Asked for a 1 hr late check out the night before and they told me to ask in the morning. Next. Morning no one working the front desk to ask, went up to desk 3 times.Note: 5 days before they will service your room, try 3 that is standard in the industry right now.
