Spent six years with this practice. only time they would do anything is if I came in as a jerk and force them to do something. case in point colonoscopy, had to be forceful to get a exam and appointment for colonoscopy. But once eve ran around the office letting everyone know she going give me a rectal exam( very unprofessional & where's dr. Patient confidentially?, I had one done and yes glad I DID NOT LISTEN TO DR. & waited 2 more years( be dead waiting for what the dr think is right.)other issues you have to go there 3 times for same issue before they take it seriously. Then medications they prescribes YOU NEED TO READ MANUFACTURERS RECOMMENDATIONS, case in point eve prescribing 2 a day one in morning and one in evening when really your supposed to take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. So I finally had my fill with this practice and send a letter in the portal that we always communicate through, stating I had enough with the lack of unprofessionalism this practice and I'll be finding a new dr. This weekend. Once again eve shows how out of touch with her patients & sends a certified letter that I'm guessing states she's not going be my de anymore. SAD IT TOOK EVE 6 YEARS TO FINALLY BE ON THE SAME PAGE. Now they sent me a $10 charge for a certified letter that's saying the same thing as I sent them in their own portal!! Remember your health is your responsability, and never put it in an other persons hands cause they are here for the money not you!! I could go on on how they screw up prescriptions, X-rays on wrong shoulder, etc., if you thinking about this practice look further then here. Unless you want to be your own dr. But paying them. Really this practice was only good at writing prescriptions but then they can't get them to correct pharmacy or prescribes the correct dosage. I'm just getting old and putup with this crappy service way too long. My health gotten worse going to this practice but my prescription load had quadrupl. When I started going to this practice I told my PA about my heartburn and that I'm a soda whore. Hear reply is here's a prescription for heartburn medicine. Nothing on trying to fix the problem such as stop your intake of high fructose corn syrup. once again your responsibility is finding a good Dr. and this isn't the place to search for one.

I am a physician with multiple board certifications. I was accepted for as a patient into this practice with their DO (Conti) and WAS INSTRUCTED TO FILL OUT MY MEDICAL HISTORY ON THEIR ONLINE PORTAL BY THEIR OFFICE STAFF. TOOK OVER 1 HOUR. Then they called me back and said I had to REDO it onto paper because the electronic version does not transfer into their EMR. When I questioned their reasoning about duplication of effort and why do they have an electronic history intake at all (did not refuse to fill it out the written forms), the office manager and Conti cancelled my appointment and told me they would not see me in their practice because "I was not a good fit." This was THEIR ERROR. Is this medical abandonment? Not sure but they now have all of my medical records in their system. I do not recommend this group. If they do this to a physician and veteran, what will they do to you...

This office is terrible! Hard to schedule an appointment, and when you do it's months out. If you are a normal deathly adult, this place is not for you. I'm white and I believe they treated me different because of my skin color.

I only have great things to say about my physician, Eve Baldrich. She always makes me feel heard and takes time to provide me with necessary information so I know not only what to do by why. The office staff have always been helpful when I need to schedule or change an appointment or need a referral.

Twice since the beginning of March a nationwide pharmaceutical shortage meant my wife’s medication was unavailable and her symptoms drastically worsened. The staff and doctors at Internal Medicine responded quickly and with compassion and care. After multiple scripts to different pharmacies, we managed to get the dosages she needed. VERY grateful for their willingness to support her during this challenging time. HIGHLY recommend.

Called doctor office to get an appointment and because I owe them 91$ they wouldn't see me. When I got blood work I was told I would be called to discuss my results but I never did. Then a few days later I get 2 letters saying they will not serve me anymore and to find another doctor lol but still want their 91$. They're all about money and won't tell you what your insurance covers as routine and unroutine. Glad I'm gone short lived but lesson learned.

Dr Vishnuveni Leelaruban is impersonal and robotic. She lacks empathy, compassion, kindness, and concern for my wellbeing.She is a horrible listener and has went into the medical field for the wrong reasons. Very rude front desk, my mother with dementia’s ride to a visit fell through for an appointment. She’s been a patient for 20 years and they refused to reschedule, or send her lab report, or provide offer to help with her portal access.

No complaints. Dr. Leelaruban always takes the time to address every issue without a feeling of being rushed. She's accurate and expresses a genuine interest in getting you healthy. Both my wife and I see her after our original Dr. Retired. We are happy with the staff as well. It's funny, when your kind, patient, understanding and respectful. You'll get the same in return. I can only imagine what these providers must deal with on a daily basis. I know this is out of their hands but my specialty Dr I am set up to see Is 6-9 months out for getting me in. That's VERY disheartening that the US medical field has fallen to this extent. Is it East coast? Not sure but NEVER waited more than a month on the WEST coast. ?

If you have kids this office is not for you. I have a 2 yr old and we are a military family so I don’t always have someone to watch my son. I’ve been denied appointments because they willNot allow him in the office and don’t offer virtual appts. It’s unfortunate because I liked my doctor, but they deny access to healthcare to parents.

I have consistently with this doctors office had a terrible experience. The nurses and doctors don’t care. All they care about is the money.
