“The only reason my review has gone to four stars after the experience that I have had with them is because of their exceptional employee Alix. She was amazing when she helped me and was nothing but nice and helpful. She got everything fixed for me. I just pray that I will not have to bring my item back for a second time for the same issue because then at that point I just need to return , exchange or refund because there is no reason at all my necklace that wasn’t even a month old after purchase should tarnish the way this one had. It is completely insane when I have gotten items off Amazon with a gold plating and still no tarnish almost a year later! So there is no excuse especially with the pricing. I expected better especially because it was a birthday gift from my father that was suppose to be sentimental and dear to my heart. So it was very upsetting that happen but very pleased with Alix and her assistance! You rock girl!”

“Jennifer does amazing work! She was fast,and did a lovely job at resizing my engagement, wedding band set. Everyone else in the area said they could do it it 2-3 weeks ,with Jennifer I had it back in under 48 hours ( could have picked it up sooner,but my work schedule interfered ) . The gold is flawless where she made them a size 6 , from a 9(+). She also charged me less for a quicker turnaround than what the others quoted me. “I really love Pandora after being exposed to it a year or two ago. I started a Marvel bracelet, however I gave it to my wife due to two reasons. One I can’t wear a bracelet at my job and two I don’t really like Marvel no where near as much as my wife does, however I still really wanted to buy jewelry from Pandora because it looks nice and people who commit crimes are unaware how much money you may have spent on it , especially once you really start to invest in different accessories and pieces. So, me and my wife were in Dover mall shopping and she wanted to stop in this Pandora. Once again I began looking around the store as I usually do while she was checking out jewelry and again I wanted something for myself, but didn’t know what would work for me in relation to my job and every day life. That’s when Ms. Tammy made a few suggestions coupled with my wife’s opinion. Long and behold Ms Tammy helped me pick out a necklace and dog tags that I had no idea that you can have quotes, words or sentences engraved on them. This blew my mind, because I was able to get started on a Pandora necklace that I plan to fill up with nothing but dog tags that has different quotes on each one and I also only plan to wear it when me and my wife go out for dinner or on vacation because this necklace will be an exclusive piece of jewelry once it’s complete. I’m totally excited about it and I finally found something at Pandora that I can really, really enjoy and that’s all thanks to Ms Tammy !!! She was simply amazing in assisting me start this design. If you are ever are in need of assistance with getting started on a Pandora jewelry project, I assure you this Pandora will do a fine job with that, as the other employees where very nice as well, but when it comes to really designing an exclusive piece, I encourage you to ask for “Tammy” she has an exclusive eye and mind set for what you might be looking for. I started with two dog tags with a quote from C.T Fletcher and Mat Fraser and I put there names on the back of the tags that has their specific quote.”

I was walking in the mall and saw Jewels and More, he said " please came back in 5 minutes " and I did working again. And I returned 3 years later and fixed it again.
