I went to get my oil changed to day while my car was being vacuum out things was stolen out of my wife's car I informed the manager he was no help he would not help me I will never return to this place.

Usually quick service. Be sure to tell them up front if you don’t want your filters replaced to not remove them cause they take them out to show you and then they really have to be replaced then. Annoys me that this is their practice but it is so to avoid it, tell them up front TWICE so they hear you. Sometimes you can find coupons on the website too. Check online before you cash out.

I went to Jiffy Lube to have my oil changed. My car was working fine. One of them broke a piece on my radiator overflow tank as soon as I left Jiffy Lube it started to leak. I went back to them and told them what happened and gave them the receipt from where I repaired the part and put the antifreeze on there. The man told me he did a investigation and that he can clearly see from the video that they didn’t do anything wrong, which was a lie, I’ve been in the United States military for 36 years and I’ve also been a bounty Hunter for 12. There’s nothing in that video that shows where they didn’t break. He can’t even see the engine from that Video

Got an oil change and was told I needed new brakes. Warned that it was a safety issue and it would only cost $900. Took car to another mechanic. He looked at brakes and said they were fine.
Shameful. Also the last time I use Jiffy Lube.

Paid for an air filter replacement and didn’t get the replacement! Checked when I got home because my car sounded louder and a bit off.
Why I am double checking a technician’s work?
I paid over $200 worth of service. I’d rather it not be rushed and have the work done efficiently.
2/10 - brought my car back to get the air filter and no apologies from management or a refund offered.
Would recommend a local business that isn’t a franchise who works for customers to return instead of In/Out service.

I have been using Jiffy Lube for years. This was the first time bringing my truck to the Dover DE Jiffy Lube. They performed multiple services and I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. Great service!!
