I recently visited Jiffy Lube in Dover, Delaware, for a routine oil change and left quite impressed with their service. The professionalism and efficiency of the staff deserve a special mention.Upon arrival, I was greeted promptly by a friendly team member who explained the available service options clearly, helping me make an informed decision without any sales pressure. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the short wait more pleasant.The service on my vehicle was completed faster than anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise. The technicians seemed knowledgeable and were thorough in their work, paying attention to detail and ensuring everything was done correctly. They also took the time to explain the service performed and answered any questions I had, which added to the overall positive experience.The reason for giving four stars instead of five is the pricing. While I found the service to be excellent, the prices were a bit higher compared to other similar service centers. That being said, the quality of service and the professionalism of the staff almost justify the extra cost.In conclusion, Jiffy Lube in Dover provides reliable and efficient automotive services. Their staff’s professionalism and the quality of work make it a good choice for routine car maintenance. I would recommend this location to others and will likely return for future service needs.

The employees at the jiffy lube are honest and they warned me that I will need tires soon and checked filters, fluid levels and topped off those which I was aware when I just wanted a oil change and tire rotation. They even gave me a chance to cancel the tire rotation sincemy tires well need to be replaced soon but I wanted them rotated anyway. The price is fair this day in age. They have my business in the future if I had taken my car to the dealership they would have told me I need repairs now to the tune of $2,000.I was impressed with the service.

They tried to upsell during an oil change they removed my air filter which we were already aware needed to be changed and planning to do on our own but they didn’t ask before removing and they left the lock for the air filter slightly loose when we went to change it next day other than that seemed kinda mean but service was quick they also didn’t top up my antifreeze seemingly because we said no to the upsell.Service: Oil change

I have been a valuable customer at jiffy lube in Dover for years. After my last service appointment I will never return. I was provided a service that was able to be fully completed because they only offered half the service and told I needed to go elsewhere in order for my car to drive smoothly again. If they would have explained this to me BEFORE I agreed to the the service I would have NEVER agreed to have half service done at one place and then have to go find another company to complete the job. I requested they just place my tires back into original position which they did and then told me I would not be getting a refund. Poor communication throughout the entire process.

I came in for an oil change right after work IN UNIFORM (military). I was told they had a military discount after I paid $90 for a basic oil change. Thank you, Jiffy Lube for taking advantage! I will be saying negative things about this place for a long time. I will not be back!Service: Oil change

The CSA Chloe R was very rude and unpleasant. We were the first customers of the day and she seemed like she didn’t want to be there and treated us like we were ruining her day by being there.
